Sooooo, I was in a hurry, (Christmas time) just walked in to pick up a screen cover for my son's phone. The 3 gentlemen that were there ( I only remember Alex's name..the nice one?) but I walked out in literally 10 minutes and they sold me a Google Watch for my son for Christmas ?. That was a great gift that I didn't even know they offered for his phone! Thank you! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

What a great crew. I was greeted instantly when I walked in. I went for an upgrade and expected to be there over 5 hours (like past experiences at other AT&Ts) I was out of there in 30 minutes. Not to mention that young lady got every single thing over to my new phone! Will be doing all future business at this location. Very pleased.

BEST EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD AT AN AT&T STORE! The representative that helped me I believe her name was Alexandria? and her manager Anthony were absolutely amazing! They had all 3 phones we wanted in stock, the store was very clean, there was a small wait but they made sure to greet us immediately when we walked in which made a great impression. We typically go to the Sevierville location but all the employees they have there recently are rude and unless you are buying something they are not interested in helping you. We will definitely continue to make the drive here for the amazing customer service!

I was thinking about switching to AT&T for a while now, so I decided to stop into the store and browse while I was out shopping. I spoke with Alex about the possibility, asked a few questions, and then decided just to take the leap that same day! Anthony came over to assure that everything was done to my satisfaction, and that my needs were met, and I’ve gotta say, I definitely appreciated the whole experience, and they made me feel like more than a just a customer.

This place is a complete joke and waste of time & money!My son went a couple days ago and paid for home internet. They were supposed to come out today between 8-10am and when about 11:30 rolled around he called to figure out where they were.Apparently the "technician" said he came out and tried and there was no one home but they couldn't get internet here which doesn't make sense at all to me because no one showed up AT ALL so how could no one be home? ? And if no one was home how were they able to see if the internet worked or not when my son was told at purchasing that it was available in this area.But I can pull up my security footage and prove that not a single person came through at all from 8 am -11:30am so they lied about even coming out at all!

My husband and I had some issues with getting the wrong phone during a trade in from an employee who no longer works for the company. It’s been a hot mess but both Alex and Stormy helped get it straight. They both took the time, each on separate occasions, and did everything they could and dealt with our frustrations to get it all straightened out. Either one of them would be an excellent manager, much better than the one who is there now. If you need anything in store, ask for Alex or Stormy. I know y’all don’t get paid enough, but keep up the good customer service!

This is not a corporate store. They constantly lie about terms, don’t even add an account manager correctly, put the wrong number for the account owner. I could go on and on. Do yourself a huge favor and do not go there. Nobody knows what they are doing.

I busted my screen, was locked out of my old phone. Went to Morris Blvd Store and Miss Sydney Morie waited on me. This young Lady, went above & beyond!!! She took her time with me, made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. She was able to retrieve my apple password for me, transfer all my old info to my new phone. She’s a life saver. There was also a young man working but I can’t remember his name. He was also a sweetheart! Good Job guys, you’re the BEST!!!!

Phone service is great but customer service is terrible. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. I was told I qualified for a promotion and traded in a phone that I really liked to get a lower installment. After a had already traded in my phone I find out that I was lied to and would have to pay normal installment for the phone as if I never traded in. I have upgraded my services several times and switch plans only to be told I would be paying certain prices to not get the prices I was told. Whenever you go back or call AT&T everybody refuses to take ownership of the mistake that they made. Which has left me paying a lot of money that I did not owe. Whenever you call customer service they always complain about how everybody in the stores always lies to the customers and they are the ones who end up getting yelled at and treated badly for it. I definitely will not be having another interaction with anybody from a store or phone that is not being recorded. Get it together AT&T this is ridiculous!
