You’ve found it! I searched BBB to save time. They are definitely worthy of the Better Business Cert.Arrived with THREE men and a 26’ truck, padding, tape, all kinds of dollies. Fast, way courteous. Not One Scratch on any of our antiques. Placed furniture exactly where requested. We even have 2 cedar chests and an electric adjustable bed that weighs a ton each .They carried them slowly and carefully and placed them perfectly. Your search is over for safe, fast no issues moving! Seriously, and I’m not a paid reviewer or any of that. I just believe when you find quality, share it.

Wow! Best and easiest move I ever had. AM PM fit me into their schedule on very short notice. They communicated with me ahead of the move date so I had clear expectations of the process and rates. The three man crew was punctual, polite, professional and hustled so hard! My belongings were transported efficiently with zero damage. I can't recommend this company highly enough and I'll always be grateful for their service during a particularly challenging time.

Excellent work done by Andrew, Anthony and Matt. They moved me from East Tennessee to the mid indiana region and took great care of all of my belongings and worked fast. Clay in the office was great to work with also. I would recommend this company 100%

I'm building a home in Caryville, but I live in Indiana. We order cabinets a few months ago. Unfortunately my builder is behind (which is normal with the supply chain issues, covid, subcontractors, etc), so when it was time for the cabinets to be delivered, the house was not ready to accept the cabinets. The cabinet company gave us 2 days notice, which is really not cool. I was able to work with Am Pm Movers to arrange for them to put the cabinets in a storage unit. Based on the short timeframe from the cabinet maker and my builder not being able to get to the storage facility right away, we were almost unable to have our cabinets delivered. Luckily our builder got to the storage facility to sign-off on the unit, so Am Pm could drop the cabinets off. I want to give a special shout-out to Donnie the delivery driver. He was great to work with and awesome communications.

We moved to TN last week and talked to Clay about moving our stuff from Knoxville to Bybee. We were so stressed about everything and Clay was so easy to work with. He gave us his best crew and they had it done in no time at all. The 4 man crew were the best and most professional and quick at moving everything. We even feel like we made new friends along they way. We wouldn't hasitate to use their company again and highly recommend them.

Moved back in November from Jonesboro to Greeneville, worked with (2) families. Then moved more from Greeneville to Mosheim. Great people, caring and responsible. Very professional. Will be calling for them again.

we were scheduled to move on a day that just so happened to have a snow storm the day before. they did not show up when we were supposed to be moved (which is fine and we understand because of the snow storm the previous night) but no one contacted us to let us know they would not be showing up. not only, but they did not respond to any phone calls either. we eventually got a hold of them through Facebook, to which the owner i believe called us. he was rude and unprofessional on the phone, saying that of course he wouldn't have come out to move us on that day, saying "it was pretty obvious we wouldn't come out today" as if it was our fault we didn't know if they'd move us or not! he was also not apologetic at all. the next day, they showed up to move us, but because of ice they couldn't make it up our driveway. they said they would get another truck and come back. two hours later, they hadnt returned nor contacted us. after several failed calling attempts, they finally picked up to say they werent coming back to move us. very rude, unprofessional and unresponsive team members. would recommend using literally any other moving service.

We have moved many times through the years and used several moving companies. This was the worst experience. They did not take care with our furniture and several pieces were scratched and/or chipped. They did not follow through with repair or replacement of our table pedestals that were shattered. It has been several months now with no resolve. I would not recommend this company

I run a commercial contracting business. They called to set up delivery for Lowes and I explained on the phone call that they had the wrong delivery address as well as the wrong name and that delivery would need to be between 8-430 when my workers leave the job site. Well they didnt change anything and called to show up at wrong location, at wrong time etc. Had a second delivery for same job and went thru the same info but they never changed and tried to deliver at wrong location and wrong time. Its like speaking to a wall that cant listen. Calling at 530 and saying you are 30 minutes out to the wrong location is unacceptable after being told multiple times when and where. Why they even call is unknown to me!. Finally just ask Lowes contracting to call and accept delivery and then we would pick up at the store. That was over 3 weeks ago.
