If I could give a zero star review I would. They are liars and will try to intimate you, especially if you are a female.I went to the Morristown, tn Chevy dealership last Friday. Originally they were suppose to fix my Chevy volt but the battery was going to be about $9,000 to replace and they said without it being fixed my car would catch on fire. I'm a single mother who has to have a reliable car to get back and forth to work. They said they could do a trade with a palisade. I asked if there were any other cars on the lot with a lower monthly payment than the palisade and they said no. It was going on almost 8 at night and I asked if I could think about it and they said that it might not be here the next day. They made it seem like this was my only option and so I did the trade with them. The sales guy had me put the same address as my mother who was going to be my cosigner because he claimed it was the only way for the loan to get approved even though I don't live there. He said for me to change the address on my driver's license on Monday. The next day I wanted to take back the palisade and get my old car back because I couldn't afford the monthly payments, the car had more miles on it than it was worth and the tires didn't have much tread on them. They said they couldn't return my car and there were no other cars on the lot that I could exchange. I talked with Spencer that day. He called again on Thursday to ask why I didn't change my address and I said because I don't live there and I didn't want the loan to go through. He kept lying saying they got rid of my old car when in fact they didn't. Mike trimber called me afterwards and said if I didn't change my address then I would have to pay out of pocket or come back to sign new papers with my actual address. I asked again if I could just have my old car back and he denied my request. He said that there were other cars on the lot that I could exchange for even though Spencer told me that there were not. I called today to ask when they would allow me to take back the palisade as it now passed the 7 day period for the loan to be approved. He said that apparently they worked around the address problem and that the loan went through yesterday. I don't understand how that could be when the contract that I signed has a different address than my driver's license. There's just a lot of things that aren't adding up and I feel like not only did I get scammed I was also bullied into keeping this car that I didn't want just so they could make a deal. I even talked to the loan place and they said that the addresses have to match up for the loan to go through.

Just want to give a big thank u to William Mosley for getting me in the suv I really wanted! He was amazing and worked so hard to get me in the suv. Very great experience definitely will be back in the future!! Thank u Morristown Chevy y’all ate the best!!!

My daughter took her vehicle to this dealership and they scared her into not leaving with her car because it might blow up on her. They pressured her into an expensive car late Friday night with a very high monthly payment. Next day she went to take it back and cancel the deal that they pressured her into. They refused to cancel the deal and now she is stuck with an outrageous car and monthly payments.Do not stop at the dealership. Everyone at this place scammed her including the manager of the dealership. They took advantage of a young, single mother with a child and scammed her good.I’ve talked with other dealerships with this situation and they all said they would have not done this to anyone. Not only should the deal have never been done, but the next day they should have given her car back that she drove in herself.Mike Trimber and Spencer were the ones not willing to let her get her car back and forced her to keep a very expensive vehicle that she doesn’t need!!!!

Wanted to look at a trailblazer so I called to simply ask if they had one, as soon as I got off the phone a salesman called which was find. His name was Sadie. I told him when I would be there. 5 mins later he called again, which I did not answer. I do not need a hundred calls. Then he text to ask me if I need the address when I had just told him how far away I was. I replied no I don't need your nice sales crap because I know what I want.When I get there and asked for him he wanted to small talk instead of doing business and showing me the trailblazer also, I don't take years to decide yes or no and as soon as I saw the trailblazer I knew it was to small and then I asked to see the blazer which he needed to go get a key for but I had already built and priced online in the case it said it would take 6 months to get the one I wanted. He then got mad at me and got smart and told me to leave and "get better" Needless to say me being blunt and making his job easier instead of wanting to look at everything and trying to deal him down he treated me like I was a bother and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. If you can't listen and help customers that know what they want then you ain't doing your job right ---from a saleswomen that listens to the customer

The mechanic was excellent in his work and explanation of the work he reformed. The service representative did not do a good job explaining the details of work being completed nor exactly why it needed to be completed. My truck had a Catastrophic fuel system replacement because I poured DEF directly into the fuel tank. I did not start the engine which I thought wouldn’t require anything other than removing all the fuel and cleaning the tank. It was explained to me by the mechanic 4 weeks into repair that although I did not start the engine the fuel system was activated when I put the electrical system in accessory mode so it would go into neutral so in could be loaded onto a tow truck. The service representative did not explain this to me. I thought they were doing too many repairs just to drive the price up. This repair was a little over $17,00.00 dollars.

I am visiting from Florida and unexpectedly had to stay longer than expected. I knew I couldbt travel back without getting the oil change. As being a woman traveling alone they listened to my concern and took care of getting me in as quickly as they could. The customer service was awesome and being from Tn it was great that my honetown Chevrolet took care of my car. Thanks to all that helped me.

From my first contact with a salesman, Simon, I knew I was going to be in good hands. He was very prompt and professional. Simon has very effective communication skills that I feel are an asset to Morristown Chevrolet. The same can also be said for Spencer and Buddy.Of my numerous Chevrolet and GM purchases in the past, dealing with the team at Morristown Chevrolet was by far one of the best experiences and by far one of the easiest that exceeded my expectations.It is my hope that these three individuals will be recognized by executive management for acquiring a satisfied customer.

Took my truck in for a diagnostic test and was a big mistake. Was told by them that my truck needed plugs are wires in addition to it needing a transmission. Got a quote from them for 7700 to replace it. After leaving decided to get a second opinion and took it to a transmission shop where they diagnosed and said the transmission is fine. I called them back because my invoice did not have any notes as to what they did to come to that diagnosis as was told by them that they pulled the dipstick and found metal shavings and proceeded to charge me 417.81 for a false diagnosis when the problem was the truck misfiring because it needed plugs and wires. Do not make the mistake that I did. Take your vehicle elsewhere and save your money. FYI it does not good to call them.

I had a really good experience with morristown Chevrolet. I dealt with Sadie. He actually delivered my Silverado to Greenback and I was not disappointed! He took the time to video chat me before I purchased it and brought it all the way here for me to test drive. He made everything super easy and was very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and Sadie.

Tim at Morristown Chevrolet is by far the best car salesman I have worked with. He is extremely laid back, allows you to take your time in all aspects of making a vehicle purchase and does not attempt to push you into making a decision. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

I recently purchased a 3LT C8 Coupe that was made available from an order that was cancelled. Mike truly did everything in his power to keep me updated on the arrival, even agreed to pay for the car to be shipped to me in Indiana and took care of the ceramic coating to ensure the car was at its best for me to enjoy. With any large transaction such as this it can be nerve-racking but Mike and the team at Morristown Chevrolet truly did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied along the way. Thank you guys so much for making this a memorable transaction and taking care of every detail. I can truly say you care about your customers.

The salesman (Sejdi Oruglica) was ever helpful and understanding to our needs and payment that we wanted to stay under. I would recommend him to our family and friends. The Finance Officer was understanding and helpful. He was every friendly and was not pushy and explained everything to use. I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends for there next vehicle.
