Customer service at ANY DG around here needs ALOT of work! I am assuming they are all understaffed but we have posts everyday about places hiring and people saying they've applied with no return calls etc. I bought a Swiffer wetjet here and it was missing a pole so it was worthless, literally. I've tried taking it back to 2 different stores only to be told they didn't know how to refund or didn't have a replacement to fix my issue ? ? I will travel out of town next time!

I have never ever been in any dollar general that looks like the inside of any of the pictures shown here. And most of the time you can’t find an employee. Seems like these stores might be a little unsafe to work at since I hear this issue a lot.

A person can never find a cashier!! The self checkout is always out of paper and you can’t get a receipt.They have everything in the way and it should be on a shelf. These people need to get it together and stop running that mouth. Store # 13735
