“Hello ,My name is Ed Lillard . I own a KIA sorento and I had a dead battery so I went to the Autozone in Manchester on Hillsboro to purchase a new one. A young man named Andrew was exceedingly helpful. I am 63 y.o. and I had surgery on my back a few weeks ago. I could not have installed that battery myself. After he got off from work, Andrew came to our house and , in the pouring down rain, installed the battery for us.I would say that Andrew is an exceptional young man. Would to God there were more people like him in this world.”
