They changed our serpentine belt and it was fast and helpful. The only thing we had to get was the belt from AutoZone because they were out.

I like to come here for my oil changes, but when I drove up today at 10:00 AM on 2.14.2024 there were no attendants! Oil change bay and the pill box up front was empty. Hung out about 4 minutes just in case, then split. Come on guys, do better please.

Outstanding service! The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and friendliness. I greatly appreciate the convenience of not having to exit my vehicle for the oil change. They offered a comprehensive range of services and thoroughly inspected everything, promptly consulting with me regarding any desired changes or swaps. Trying calling the shop, it keeps taking me to a corporate number. I want to talk to the staff at the local shop, not someone teleworking. SMH .Update: got ahold of the Atoka store they said since the store is so new they may not have their phone service set fully back up. And corporate makes it that way for all the locations. To corporate stop that it’s counterproductive.

My daughter brought her car in for an oil change and they tried to screw her. Telling her that the battery needed to be replaced ( Had been replaced in the last six months), the valve cover was leaking oil into the spark plugs ( I changed it personally less than a year ago.). But my favorite was that she needed new pistons. We will not return and it needs to be looked into.
