I have lived around the corner from this place over 10 years now. It depends entirely on who is working and is serving you. Some are fantastic but some are well below par. It's basically a roll of the dice. I don't think the owner really cares too much. Good luck!

Would go there over Fast Times next door. Cheaper and better service.
