I can always find what I need! This store has came a long way from a few months ago, so much product. The wait time to check out is speedy and everyone is so friendly. I will absolutely being coming back to this store more often.

Went in 45 minutes til close and wanted to try on one item and was told fitting rooms were closed. A family member said they close the fitting rooms 2 hours before they close every night. That is ridiculous. I put down my item and purchased nothing. They are missing out on money. I hope the owners see this. Ridiculous.

Compared to other stores this one was pretty sad. A lack of mens offerings. Disheveled look and long checkout line. Not the best representation of the brand.

Ross in Millington is a hot mess. Went in there 2 days ago on Sunday morning and clothes were all over the floor under racks, piles of shoes in shoe area. The store just opened and it was clear that they don't keep store to the standards of other Ross stores I have been in. It seems that this location needs some better management. Better get it together because some competition will be opening up soon across the highway in the new shopping center.

13 people standing in line with one cashier is one thing. The manager standing there watching the line get longer without offering any assistance is another. I guess she thinks the register is above her. You can feel that the employees are upset with her too. EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME! MANAGER NEEDS TO TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO...

They never really have what I'm looking for, you have to dig through and really take your time in the store to find nice items. The selection for boys is very slim and usually the same articles of clothing over and over. The staff is very nice and always greets you upon entering.

I found the cutest skirt there for a really great price. The cashier and I had the greatest conversation as she checked me out. I'd definitely recommend them...their prices are very reasonable.

I just left and I have to say Emily is one of the dryest, rudest human beings I have dealt with in retail in a while. Get her some training on customer service.
