“Went in for my fur baby's vetco visit. It was the best experience we've ever had with a vet!! Instead of being mistreated due to my dog's size, we were embraced! Our previous expensive vet office out in Arlington wanted me to sedate my dog, not because of aggressive behavior (that he has never had) but because he weighed more than the vet staff. ??? Hire bigger staff was my response! In contrast, this Petco's vet staff fell in love with him, loving and hugging on him, asking to take pictures of him, and bragging that he was the biggest, most well behaved and handsome dog they have seen in a while! My fur baby was eating it up!!! The Vet was professional and knowledgeable about my baby's breed, not fearing him at all!!! In your face previous vet office!!!! We will definitely be back to this Vet at Petco for all our needs!!! Thanks for this amazing experience!!!!! Much cheaper cost with way better quality!!!”

“No stars for the ladies, 4 for Noah. Visited this location passing through this week looking for a certain product. Asking for assistance from the 2 woman on duty got us nowhere. One of the women suggested the kiosk for my solution, until Noah stepped up treating us far more pleasant, while professional. He went above and beyond to check inventory showing the product on hand in store, after checking his stock in the back the product was unavailable. He called customer solutions to order and apply the discount for us. Greatly appreciate his most pleasant manner, the time he took to help us, while also assisting another customer. The ladies could use this as a great example of IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to improve themselves. Good help is most definitely, hard to find. Thank you kindly Noah! If not for you, I would have walked out and certainly not make/made another stop at this location, or organization.”
