“She was awesome. Very attentive. She knew I was on a budget. She didn't push to try to make me buy anything. She made me very comfortable. She even got to know my daughter as well as we got to know one another on a personal level as we were very similar with things we had going on in our life. She handled a very unprofessional matter with an employee leaving when she asked for their help very professionally, this chick deserves a raise! Although it was time for the girl to get off work as she made that clearly known, I think the way that the other employee handled that situation was extremely unprofessional as I am in management and I don't believe that matter should have been handled the way that it was, but she handled it perfectly like a trooper!”
“I have been having long standing problems with my Google account. Somehow my husband was located outside of the USA ( not really) and I could not change his country no matter how many times I tried to do it. With him "outside" the USA multiple apps"were not available in my country". I went to the store where I got my Pixel 7 and she couldn't do it either. She told me to try this store. Nim had also problems initially but finally got it figured out. It is fixed! Thank you so much!”

“Well I kept getting charged more than I thought it should so was suppose to up there over n over well finally made it n I was being charged for 5 lines instead of 4 n the useless guy in store just said to come back right B4 next bill due n then cancel I'm going to contact someone higher up food chain and find out why ppl can just add lines be sure they want commission n why my prepaid service can b prorated to cost me more”
