I don't frequent this Kroger often but when I do it's always memorable for the wrong reasons, you might as well be invisible, no acknowledgement, no greeting, and the lines always seem long.

This is the worst pharmacy. Has to be the worst in all of Shelby county. They are slow, takes days or sometimes weeks to get a medicine refilled. They have no urgency either. They could care less if you get your medicine or not.

Previously, this Kroger would get about a 2, but now it is about a 3.5. Have many years, this Kroger finally has been remodeled as it desperately needed it. During my visit there were many items that were not on the shelf, it might just because of COVID. However, some items they just should have had like basic items most Kroger's always have. My biggest issue is the produce they carry did not seem very fresh. I purchased some Strawberries and they seemed to be on their last leg. The overall staff here is nice. My wife's doctor called in the prescription for my wife seizures on the 28th of December. I when in on the 29th at noon and they haven't even filled her prescription. They told me was gonna be 30 minutes to an hour before I could get the prescription I just got so upset I told them I pick it up the next day Because I did not have the time to sit there for an hour wait

We stopped by here while staying in Millington on vacation. We found everything we needed. The only downside was the checkout situation. We waited in line forever (the people in front of us didn't have much, the cashiers were just moving so slow) and everyone around us was visibly frustrated. We finally left the line and went to self checkout which was a much better experience unfortunately.

So this Kroger gets big penalties in my book for their gas station situation. They allowed a group of very intense windshield people out there that got up in my face THREE times during a single pump. "Did you hear about the program offered to Kroger Customers?" This went on 3 times despite me being within both earshot and the visual field of the other employees. No means no. Treat your customers with more respect and dont let some other company out there just to get a small kickback only to ruin your reputation. What a disgrace.
