Professionalism at every turn. Jeff, Wyatt, Adam, Clayton and another young whose name escapes me were all great. Had a problem a couple day after installation. Jeff helped me trouble shoot over the gone in a holiday and Wyatt was at the house early the next morning to fix the problem

Infinity heating and Air, serviced my unit today, the technician was not expecting to see a chopped ? Rat, OMG. THANKFUL NO DAMAGES, BUT HE DID A CLEANING AND WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE ABOUT IT ALL. THAN ALSO TOLD ME ABOUT SOME WONDERFUL DEALS THEY HAVE FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, SO IF ANYONE NEED A NEW UNIT ? THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GET IT FROM. There were 4 guys come out to put in my new AC/furnace system. Adam, Clayton, Wyatt, and Caleb, and they all were very nice and professional and did a stellar job at informing me of the process and how everything works. I appreciate the punctuality and professionalism, and the quick and efficient work they do!! Thank you all so much for coming out and keeping My family cool and later warm for winter!! Would recommend them for anyone else to use all day long!! Thanks again guys!!

I must applaud Infinity for the great job they have done on my house ducting. The entire AC ducting under my home was filled with leaks, cracks and holes. They removed all the ducting and designed an robust and more efficient ducting system start to finish. We ran the system for 10 days and their techs came out to verify the system and look into any and all duct fitting issues to the duct flanges to the supply sides of the home. For the past week I have been subjected to 75+/- AC throughout the home which I am very pleased. I have a 2 stage 5 ton unit and the 3nd stage only ran for the 2 days after their install, due to the home being 91 degrees and 80% humidity while they did the install. I am very satisfied in their work and the conditions in which they worked diligently to complete the job.
