Very disappointed with the service department. Took my 2021 ram 2500 in for vibrations in the truck while turn sharp at slow speeds. Truck was there for almost two weeks. I demonstrated to issue with the service tech. He observed it as well. Suggested that the front differential was due for service and may be the issue. Service done, no change. They even thought the steer gear was bad. They ended up torquing some front end bolts and declared the issue fixed. A friend got my truck and told me the issue was still there! Took the truck to an independent shop. They found the rear end was chattering as it turned at slow speed. They serviced the rear differential and the issue resolved!
I went in today to speak to the service department on what took place. They listened, but seemed to be nonchalant about it. As I was not “ charged” for looking into the problem, I should be ok with that. I am not. Was talked into a $307 service , though due in 2000 miles, did nothing for the complaint.
Long story short, if they are unsure what to do on your vehicle, you may want to seek another shop.

Blake, Zach, and the team have been amazing the entire time I’ve been coming here for services. Most recently Blake helped identify the issues and fix our Jeep in a timely matter due to us needing it for a military move.

Wanted to trade two vehicles for something newer and more cost efficient. Spoke to Dalton Stidham and he was very helpful through every step of the process. He was always available and he was always able to answer any question I had. When it came time to close the deal he got things set up so the paperwork could be handled in timely fashion. This experience was by far the best I've ever had buying a new vehicle. I highly recommend Mr. Stidham if you're in the market for a new ride.

I appreciate Jim Henshaw, which is why i bought the RAM 1500 from Homer Skelton. I was looking for a 2024 RAM 1500 Longhorn Limited and found what I was looking for at a local competitor, but they failed to inform me that the truck was not new, and had over 6000 miles, so I started surfing the RAM website. That's when Jim called and asked me to tell him what i wanted on the truck. He called back within a day and said that he found it out of state. He offered. me a fair. price for my F150 King Ranch, and a fair price on the RAM.. I bought that truck because of Jim. I will give him first shot at a Grand Wagoner when my wife trades her Lincoln Navigator in the near future.
It's nice to find a guy that seeks to understand so that he doesn't have to "sell" the vehicle because he sold himself..
Go by and give Jim a shot. He's worth the drive.

Jim was great and made buying a car easy and stress free! He was able to explain everything well, answer any and all of my many questions, and make the entire process easy. I was able to get a great car and felt comfortable the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. Jim helped me find a car that fit my needs (and even just wants!). He found me the perfect fit for the situation I was in and helped through the entire process. Everyone was great, helpful, and incredibly nice and patient!

Bought a used Ford Focus last August and had issues getting the title. Went back to the dealership multiple times with my spouse and kept getting the run around. Unfortunately our salesman was no longer working at this location and by December we felt this dealership just wanted a check and did not care to help us. Therefore, we asked to return the vehicle for a buy back and we were told yes by one person and no by the next person. I have left so many voice-mails asking for a general manager to please help us and no one ever called back. Even in person no one could locate the general manager, he was always at lunch or gone for the day after 1pm. We recieved more help from the other Homer Skelton dealerships that were in shock about the treatment we recieved from this one. I was told that a change in staff is why some of our paperwork was lost. Our car loan was changed to a personal loan with our bank and we finally picked up our license plate in March of this year but the bank never got the proper paperwork from this dealership. The reason why our car was registered by the dealership in December but the plate was never given to us for months, when we kept coming in, was because no one labeled the plate. I was told in March that we had already picked up our plate. Finally a lady at this dealership had to hunt down the paper I needed, which I recieved in April. We do not recommend this dealership, especially if there is no active general manager. I did speak to a sales manager who never called back and when I was transferred to him again he didn't seem to remember us speaking, therefore he must not have done any research for us. Sorry for the late review, I thought my spouse was going to write it, but our loan finally got fixed last month. The bank had to file for a lost title since the dealership said it was out of their hands now.

I just bought a car from these guys Mr.Zach Brandon helped me it ran into some problems when I drove it off the lot and he jumped in and took car of me I would recommend them 10/10 very polite and very helpful Thanks again
