“Snap on, Mac, Matco step aside. That 12 year old over in Taiwan is making some nice tools now days. Stop over paying or putting yourself in debt buying off the tool trucks. Support an 11 year old In china and her siblings keeping their belly’s 1/8 of the way full and keeping several hundreds of dollars in your pocket. I work on tractors all day and about 90% of my tools are from there. Warrantys on most products and are incredibly easy to get a tool traded out. Serious note Love harbor freight and how its helped my career.”
“It's my main home improvement center. It's overall good but occasionally, you get an employee that is not great... lot's of attitude, usually young employees. Many however are nice. Managers are on top of issues.”

“Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”
“The store manager is so customer oriented. He was so busy today but treated me as if I was the most important person in the store. This was a welcomed treat in a time when it seems no one cares about anything or anyone like they use to, but this manager nailed it. Thank you!”

“Lowe's makes me feel like I can accomplish anything that I see on HGTV (although in reality I can't even hang a picture straight!) BUT this store is my go to for my home fixing needs. I do like to browse the aisles like I'm at Walmart lol even when I know I only need one thing like air filters. Getting help is like pulling teeth, I find it difficult to find an associate that can help me or when I do find an associate they have no clue where an item is located and tells me "oh that's in the garden center" umm sir no it is not, I'm looking for brackets to place on a staircase to hold the rail up! Anyway, Lowe's can have decent prices compared to other stores, but since everything is going up there is really no best place to get things anymore, I just stick to Lowe's because I'm familiar with it.”

“No stars for the ladies, 4 for Noah. Visited this location passing through this week looking for a certain product. Asking for assistance from the 2 woman on duty got us nowhere. One of the women suggested the kiosk for my solution, until Noah stepped up treating us far more pleasant, while professional. He went above and beyond to check inventory showing the product on hand in store, after checking his stock in the back the product was unavailable. He called customer solutions to order and apply the discount for us. Greatly appreciate his most pleasant manner, the time he took to help us, while also assisting another customer. The ladies could use this as a great example of IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to improve themselves. Good help is most definitely, hard to find. Thank you kindly Noah! If not for you, I would have walked out and certainly not make/made another stop at this location, or organization.”
