I gave 2 stars because they did do my oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. Now for the bad news. I was quoted $65 over the phone for an elite oil change. When I got my total, it was almost $83. I asked if the tax was around $15, she said the tax was only $7. I asked what the other fees were, she said that she had misquoted me, that it was $67.99. She had said they also included an oil filter fee. Then they also charged me for shop supplies, and on the receipt, there are two conflicting labor statements. They only charged me for one, but they charged me the higher one. The girl apologized. So that's not the issue. I just wish that their fees were better communicated. I was expecting less than what I paid for. If you go here, ask about the total after tax before you arrive and after you arrive. Ask what fees they charge upfront, so you can be better prepared. When you arrive, ask again and compare it to the previous quote before you give them your keys.

Bruh it take these folks a hour to change oil. You unscrew 1 10mm bolt let it drain put the bolt in. Unscrew filter. Screw new filter on. An hour?

Not normally one to leave reviews but after this morning I have to. I had an 8:00 am appointment set up in advance, show up early and stand with a small group of folks waiting on the office to open. At 08:05 a mechanic moves a vehicle out of the shop and parks it, lets us know that the office wont open until the Manager shows up and he doesn't know when that will be.At 08:40 I leave because the guy or gal is nowhere in sight. How? Even stranger, as a general courtesy you would assume they would open the office so customers could wait inside but nope. Hands down one of the most wild customer service experiences I have ever had.
