They need to be doing something about there utilities and the whole gate problem, I have came over 20+ miles twice now only to find out I can't get to my unit. I can't come when the gate is open bc I work the same hrs. So, there really needs something done about this. It's ridiculous!!! What's going on up there? U can't send out any kind of message about the entry into the gate after 7pm and if we can't get in there why are we paying full rate especially if we can't get in our unit. But there quick to send out monthly notifications and reminders about the bill every month. Smh

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you have extra money laying around and if i could give zero stars I would. You’ll be quoted one price but if you stay long enough it’ll soon be considerably higher, excessive and continuously thereafter. I rented a storage here for my business for almost 10 years and it wasn’t until July of 2023 that I finally reached my limit of absorbing these constant increases. The last one being after straight line winds severely damaged the entire building along with the office space that myself and others were renting and shortly thereafter my rate increased again, and this time without notice from anyone. Good luck reaching anyone above Kerry’s pay grade. When I asked why I didn’t get a notice Kerry stated that it was mailed. I asked her what address did she send it to and the dumb answer I got was it was mailed to the office that was already destroyed and empty. Well that is not true because I’m sure it would’ve been delivered to my new address had it actually been mailed. After I had found another place to store my items I went in to pay my rent and instead of Kerry taking my money she elected to decline my payment. Really?? What reasonable thinking person does that? I called MPD and asked them to come there and not only take my credit card inside and make the payment for me but to also maintain the peace because I could clearly see her evil intentions and I don’t wanna be locked up for causing harm to the mentally disabled, plus I am a retired police officer. I moved out 11Oct23 and was told by Kerry that nothing would be prorated so I had to pay rent for something that I no longer needed or used. Karma is coming for you. Stay away from these people, they do not have your best interests at heart. Rent at your own risk

Carrie and Destiny are Amazing! Excellent customer service and these ladies are always taking care of customers and picking up trash. They really care! If you need storage in Millington, this is the place to go!

A great place to store with actually . Very compassionate and impromptu . They informed me immediately that my unit was broken and not completely safe through no fault of their own . I really appreciate their hospitality and recommend to all my friends .
