Firstly, they always close 20 to 30 minutes early. I, however, understand having a long day and being ready to go home for the day, but you're open (or supposed to be) until the hour that the business states on the door it closes. Furthermore, I always have to ask because the times are unchanging. Smh Secondly, the store never has what you need. I mean, they are ALWAYS out of something. The store stinks,and so does customer service! It's ridiculous. One guy walks around with a gun showing on his waist as he sags through the store. It's just not a good look. Definitely needs a zero tolerance management team to lift them up.

Very rude! Where children don't need to here. Manager and some guy talking about getting drunk. The guy was cussing me. He wanted to fight,saying stupid batch. We need need new management

The manager April is very rude & judgemental. Apparently wearing baggy clothes makes her think you look suspicious. My husband was told upon walking in that she knows what he's up to & when I called & asked what she meant "he looked suspicious" were her exact words. Do better family dollar, paying customers shouldn't be judged based on appearance.

I told the cashier, the dog food can has a sticker that say 1 dollar versus the $2.00. I said it in a polite way. He grab a small can with change in it throw the dime on the counter. I asked what’s that for, he said “ the money you would be paying, I don’t get paid enough to change the prices and paperwork that comes with it”my mouth dropped.With everything going on, NO ONE gets paid enough! This is why I have 2 jobs! And way I am constantly checking the prices of what I am buying! Everyone there is so rude. If I could call corporate I would! Don’t put false prices on your items!

Where do I even start. Filthy store, a constant rotation of new employees, management that seems more keen on smoking cigarettes out front than managing the store or heaven forbid, actually training employees. This Family Dollar is fortunate it is surrounded by a lot of pedestrian traffic and lower income housing. If it had to compete with another dollar store it would have ranked long ago.
