I went to this Dollar General today to get 3 cans of cat food. I picked up my cans and went to the counter to check out. I said hello to the cashier and put a 5 Dollar bill on the counter and was waiting for her to ring me up and give me my change. She then told me i was rude for laying the bill on the counter and demanded i put the 5 Dollar bill in her hand instead of on the counter. She didn't have her open hand on the counter. She wanted me to lean across the counter to place it in her hand. She said "I can't believe that you don't even know placing money on a counter is rude. I walked out and drove away. She was skinny had braids in her 20's. All I wanted to do is buy catfood!

If I could give them zero I would. This is the ghetto. They ignore you, talk on the phone all day and today had a sign up for hours saying they’re closed for 30 mins which has turnt into all morning..

this location is by far the worst location. I go to it out of confidence, but have have reserved this store for last minute/emergent situations(such as cooking/baking). the staff is all incredibly unprofessional, with the majority acting like you have seriously annoyed them when you are ready to check out. Today, as I'm waiting to check out, a large water bug crawls across the wall. I let the employee know and his response was, and I quote, "that's the night shifts problem". Ummm what?! Absolutely disgusting! How is this location still open?!

The store is never properly stocked, they have a male employee who makes everyone uncomfortable, and to top it off their hours are posted on the door 8am-9pm. Yet I have lost count how many times I have come to this store and it’s closed at 5pm!!! This is absurd! Why even keep this store open at all?! EDIT*** again here it is barely 6pm and the store is closed. This location needs to be shut down. Employees work while high on drugs, you can smell the weed in they carry on them, one male employee works drunk and extremely unprofessional. The store doesn’t stay open it’s own regular hours and they can’t keep shelves stocked let alone clean… this location should be shut down

Older guy that walks with a limp flipped us off. Will not under any circumstances walk into this store while he is employed.

I visited Sunday afternoon and was checked out by a lady with blonde hair/blue and purple streaks and she was talking on her phone with someone on speaker the entire time I was in line and while I was being checked out. Super unprofessional.
