Unfortunately, we've had to have two beloved dogs cremated with Dixie Memorial in the past 2 years, but both times they treated us with such kindness, respect, and empathy. We didn't even have enough money for the private cremation right away this time, but they were willing to hold his remains for a small $75 deposit until we were able to gather the rest of the money. Businesses don't go above and beyond to treat the customers like people in this way any more, so we really appreciated the way they were willing to work with us and give us a little more time.

Dixie Memorial is beautiful and quaint. Daniel made the cremation process easy and helpful for our cat that passed. We called the morning he passed away and were able to take him in the same day. They laid him on a bed inside a beautiful chapel. I was able to say my goodbyes privately. We were able to pick him up the same day, which is so comforting.

I can not find the right words or enough words to describe how wonderful and excellent Dixie Memorial is. The staff especially Josh and Barbara along with the service and compassion and many other great aspects of this place made our experience the best we have ever had with having to lose a beloved furry friend.

Dixie Memorial was wonderful to work with at such a sad time in our lives. They were able to help us get a special engraving on the stone for our beloved dog. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. A perfect resting place for my best friend. I recommend their services they are very compassionate and kind.

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my sweet beautiful goofy schnauzer and I saying goodbye to each other for the last time. This place couldn't have been any better to me. I'll visit someday.

Have always had a wonderful experience with them after the loss of a family per. Staff is very accommodating and sincere in every step taken for a grieving family. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful. Highly recommended.

We lost our beloved dog of 15 years. She passed at home 3am on a Sunday morning. I called Dixie when they opened at 9am and they said I could bring her in. I was met by a young man named Josh at the door and he took care of everything for me in a gentle kind and caring manor. We chose to have our pet cremated with the remains returned to us. I truly can not say enough about how good it was handled. I highly recommend Dixie Memorial if you need this service.

I just went to them for my third cremation and I have had nothing but positive and supportive experiences from each employee I've encountered (one through pick-up and drop-off at my vet's office and the other two I went in). I have pets that people often are uncomfortable with and they have been incredibly respectful and have wonderful bedside manner for grief, plus their urn selection and the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for taking care of my rats on their last journey. It means the world to me.

Our cat died very suddenly early on a Saturday morning. Our veterinarian recommended Dixie Memorial. I called them at 8 am on a Saturday, expecting to get a voice mail. Instead I got an actual person, I'm assuming the owner but I'm not sure. And, I figured the actual person answering would just take my name and number for someone to call back later but no - she took all my information for having our cat cremated and getting an urn and she arranged all transportation, basically all of it. All I had to do was pay. That sounds callous or facetious but I don't mean it like that, what I mean is Dixie Memorial took care of everything and was very helpful as I'm dealing with this and the cat and crying kids etc etc etc. Usually someone makes a comment on Yelp about how the can't wait to come back or patronize a business again and of course I don't but I've got 2 dogs so I know I will.

We have used Dixie Memorial for cremation six times. They are caring, convenient, and reasonably priced. They will take good care of your beloved pet .

We have gone here twice to finalize services for our fur babies and both times everyone there has been very helpful and kind throughout the process.

We have used Dixie for our third time as we had our little tabby Jett put to sleep yesterday after a long enough battle with old age . These folks really do a fantastic job and we had our baby's ashes back the same day.
