Went to get a new phone, started out good until I was being rushed out because an employee had to be somewhere at 8pm! They didn't activate my phone before I was rushed out! So I tried calling CS and they were closed too! So I have no service until they open in the morning. All because I was rushed out! Also means I have to miss part of work because of this! Mad is an understatement ?

Great customer service, listened to my questions and answered everything and explained it all. Was transferring my son's service off of my Verizon plan to my wife's cricket plan, by the way, hell of a lot cheaper than Verizon. So got the phone he wanted and all were happy.

I went in this Cricket to get an explanation as to why my services were turn off and the bill isn’t due until the 13th, which is today. The clerk explained that the bill is actually due on the 12th by midnight and if the balance isn’t paid by then the services will be suspended and a late fee will be added. I asked is there anything else I can do. She said yes you can do a bridge pay. I made a statement that this is ridiculous that there is no grace period, if I had known that I would’ve never switched over to Cricket. She then says you can always switch back to your previous phone service. I don’t think that was appropriate because she works here, very nonchalant attitude. I was very offended by that statement. Even though I live right down the street I will not be back to this location.

Rosa has given me the best customer service experience I have ever had in the phone industry. She explained everything so well she helped us for over 30 minutes while also helping like 3 other customers in the store. We had issues with t-mobile and Rosa was such a help getting us transferred to cricket. Thank you Rosa for the awesome experience.

Will not be going to this location again. I know that businesses have to enforce certain rules/ordinances from the county. But if you are going to enforce a rule, you need to know what that rule actually says... Shelby county ordinance- 2c!!!I cannot medically wear a face covering, so legally am not required to. Unless y'all want to pay my medical expenses I will not be wearing a mask. And because y'all don't understand what you're trying to enforce, you have lost a customer. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
