Zero STARS. ALL WALL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS ARE DOWN. Shelves half empty. No sign on the door to notify customers before my time was wasted. No greeting by workers. Horrible new store location.

My visit to Aldi on 6\22/24 ended in a bad experience. As I tried using the self checkout I encountered a problem and hit the HELP button. In a few minutes a tall young man walked up to the one register that has an employee check you out and
shouted at me from across the aisle if I needed help. I said yes and he asked what the problem was which i answered the checkout procedure. He shouted at me again that he needed to know exactly what I needed him to do. Told him if I knew that I would not be asking help. By this time other customers were watching as one lady yelled at him to go see what I needed. He got snippy with her also. If I see this young snot again in this store I will get his name. This visit I walked out and left my purchases behind. Teach them manners as well as customer service. Both of which he lacked.

Not at all happy to see the clerk throw my large grocery order in a cart. Literally tossing everything on top of everything like it wasn't even food.

Not stocked well, and only one register open for cash payments with a fairly long line. Plenty of self checkouts that only accepts a card.

We were so excited that Aldi finally opened close to where we live. The workers were so friendly and the whole store is very clean. The prices were great for a family of four, although theor selection of items is not as large as other grocery stores. However, they usually have what you need and for a much better price.

Love this place. It was very clean and organized. The customers and employees were very friendly. Employees were outstanding and were so helpful and top notch. This will be my regular place to shop. My first time at this one in Millington. My regular place is the one on Austin Peay Highway. I love the prices and variety of items.
