FOLLOW the staging instructions. DO NOT enter the gate until a truck comes out. CHECK to make sure you have the right paperwork BEFORE leaving.

Took forever to get unloaded since there’s only one dock available (which I find baffling considering the location). A CAT SCALE TICKET is good for checking in, so do that before you arrive, and you won’t have to go to the place around the corner after checking in (then come back). I was told even a digital copy is fine.
Ppl are nice here but the biggest drawback in the one truck in at a time procedure.

KAIYUH SERVICES. They only using 1 dock door.. got here at 1045am waited 2 hours to get in the door (was waiting for the other truck to be done loading) and still her getting loaded its 235pm. They load 1 palet of boxes at a time then stack it into the trailer.. some products are being assembled then stacked, then brought over to be stacked in the trailer. Super friendly ppl here tho

Get a scale ticket from 128 Gold Medal Rd, Milan, TN. Come back here and check in outside at the left side of docks.
After being unloaded drive back to scales for an empty ticket, and you're good to go. No need to bring the empty ticket back to receiving.
