We have been customers for years . However, last week we had a horrible experience. The male employee we were working with deceived us and lied . He kept our phone that we were suppose to return and when we came back to the store he denied it. After four hours of me sitting there he finally relented and admitted he traded it in. The manager acted as if we were on the wrong until he admitted it. After saying that they took care of it we have continually gotten phone calls from Asurion about why we haven’t mailed the phone in. I called customer service that day and again today . They did not record any of the info I gave them so customer service is.a joke. This has been so upsetting since we have been customers for 20 years. I will no longer use them after this. This employee is still there and we are not being heard by the company regardless of his admittance to his “mistake”. Poor management and customer service . I do not recommend them at all.

I’m just baffled by the blatant disrespect some individuals have these days. Folks want to leave bad google reviews just because they feel ENTITLED. Stop being such a bully because you think it’s ok. The world is unfortunately completely one sided more so than it needs to be. As one customer states the male sales rep stole or kept her phone to later admit he used it as a trade…come on are you serious right now. You obviously just weren’t listening to what was being told to you during your trade in process and once again felt ENTITLED to see the situation in only how you wanted to see it. This sales rep works for a company that sells the newest products that are available so I am confidents when I say this “male sales rep” didn’t need your second hand outdated trade in phone. So before trying to bash someone or tarnish someone’s integrity take a good look in the mirror first Lori Powers and make sure you aren’t the problem. I am not affiliated with this store in any manner but I was in the market for an upgrade and like always I read google reviews but this one just stands out as bologna and feeling ENTITLED. By all means carry on…I won’t let ignorance stop me from doing business here.

Very unhelpful and did not resolve my problem that I was had getting all my data transferred to my new phone that i picked up at the verizon store in Jackson 2 days prior and was told that I needed to take my phone back there or pay an additional $35 because they aren't really a Verizon store. So I left and took my phone to an associate in Walmart who helped me during my afternoon break and we were able to get all data transferred.

The experience my 88 year old mom has had twice in the last week with 2 different people at this store when her phone broke was awful. Rather than being kind to an elderly person and trying to help her and show her anything about her new phone, explaining the cost, etc. …they just dismissed her and were rude. I called them on a 3-way call with my mom to just ask what she had paid for the phone, if her plan had changed or anything like that and the guy acted like he was disgusted that we were asking for his help, but finally looked up her order and told us.She went back to store to ask if they could help her set her day, date and time on her display screen and the guy wouldn’t even take her phone and look!! Just said some phones don’t have that and again dismissed her. I don’t live close to be able to help with it, but one of her friends took her phone later and set it up for her in 2 minutes.

The milan store is 5 star. I will be going there instead of the Trenton store which is closer by they don't even rate a star from me. Terrible service!!!! Thanks Milan for the service you have.

Noah was very knowledgeable about my phone issue. He gave me different options as to what I could do to solve the issue. He was also patient with another customer he helped before me. The customer was elderly and needed a lot of help to properly use the phone he has purchased.
