I purchased a used mini van on 12/10/22 and less than an hour of driving off the lot it breaks down. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Robert and feel like I was basically told 'we got your money so tough luck.'Turns out that the problem was just the alternator and the total cost of towing and repairs came up to just under $600.I understand that used cars are sold "as is" but the dealer should have a little integrity and not screw over their customers.I have a daughter turning 16 in a couple of weeks and e told her she would get a vehicle with taxes this year, but it won't be from this dealership.$600 cost Steve Marsh Ford more than that in future sales.I will not be back and advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. This dealership cannot be trusted!Update 1/2/23 - It has been almost a month since I bought the vehicle and it has spent most of that time in the shop. I believe I have driven it maybe 5 or 6 days. Repairs and towing have already cost around $800 and more o am being told that I will probably have to take it to a Kia dealership and it will be another $1000-$1,500 to have the problem diagnosed and fixed. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Steve Marsh Ford!

Great Customer Service! I was treated as a customer, not a number or problem. Was contacted fairly quickly to work on a solution to my recall and I will be a repeat customer with my Ford!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

My son but a 2012 Dodge Ram truck. Loved the truck. It drove wonderful on the test drive. Had a decent price - $17K. Worked just great......for about 3 weeks. Expect some minor repairs of course - it was a used truck. New brakes - ok. New battery - ok. Oil leak - disappointing so soon, but ok. Then another battery - one month later. Some issue continued into the new year with it starting - needed a new starter. Ok great - back to having a great truck. Oh - now new tires... new drive belt. We are at 6 months and still having issues with the battery being drained. New stabilizer bar, new ignition switch, fix the air conditioning... Total spent on repairs so far = $6300.00, not including tires. 7 months after driving the car off the lot... over $6K to fix a truck Steve Marsh Ford thought was worth $17K. But it doesn't stop there... this week - it needs a rebuilt engine. A freaking engine! 8 MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT. Not from a shady individual, but a reputable business. Ok, so they couldn't have known - it's a default in a part. No recalls. And no - we did not buy the extended warranty. Who thinks this would happen so soon after buying a truck? $10K is what we are being told. Even if we shop around and find a better price, it will mean that repairs on a newer used truck bought less than a year ago have cost more than the purchase price. And because he is upside down on his loan (and who wouldn't be - it has only been 9 months since he got the loan!) no one (including the dealership he purchased it from) will work with him to get him into a better vehicle. "Fix the truck" is the only option they give us. Fix a truck that who knows what's going to be wrong with it next....I'm disappointed that a company would not stand behind its product. Wouldn't help correct their error in judgement of putting a lemon on their lot and offer it as "excellent customer service" .... Well unless you buy the extended warranty.

I would go negative stars if allowed. Sold a used 2011 Fusion at premium used price to my elderly parents. All kinds of electrical issues. Did not stand behind the sale or offer any assistance. You will get better care and service at a shady corner lot
