The girl who did my hair ended up saying she was to tired to keep working on it to get what I wanted and asked me to go back in two days. Now mind you I went in with already bleached hair needing to get the rest of the brassiness out ( which I ended up having to do in my own) after she bleached my hair again 2times and I guess toned it and still was not where it needed to b,. Then she cut it all jacked up (again I myself had to fix afterwards) just to turn around (after being tipped 20bucks right from the jump because I knew it would b a process) and charged me 144$ and told me I would have to pay another 76$ to get it finished in 2 days when she came back. WHAT!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TBH I LEFT WITH HAIR STILL BRASSY THEY DONT EVEN CARRY THE TONER THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR AND TOLD HER I WOULD NEED AND SHE DIDNT SAY THEY DONT HAVE UNTIL AFTER THE PROCESS OF MURDERING MY HAIR SO I HAD TO BUY IT WHICH WAS ANOTHER $$$40BUCKS$$ ALTOGETHER PLUS THE BRASSY CONDITIONER STUFF I BOUGHT FOR 24$ FROM THEN WHICH IS CHEAPER ONLINE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR THEMSELVES.. SO ALMOST $$$250$$ ALTOGETHER LATER I FINALLY GOT MY HAIR THAT I WANTED OTHER THAN IT BEING UNFORTUNATELY SHORTER THAN I WANTED DUE TO THE LACK IF CARE THAT LADY GENUINELY HAD FOR MY HAIR.. that I ultimately had to achieve on my own and could have saved at least 150..!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR COLOR OR EVEN CUT AT LEAST NOT FOR A BOBCUT!!!! BUT IF U WANT WASH OR WHATEVER OR U R A GUY NEEDING SOME GROOMING THEN SURE MAYBE
