First off, I had a appointment for 10:00Thinking just a quick alignment because the front end was all rebuilt, and 4 used tires if you know what you are doing, does not take much time to install, well 10:00 came and went, next thing I know I'm making myself a home in the waiting area, because 12:00 rolled around, and guess what, now it is there long 1 hour lunch break, now it is 1:00, still don't have my vehicle on the rack now it's 2:00 yes my vehicle is finally on the rack, ok my day is just about done here at this shop, there not in any real hurry, I mean there's a difference between in a hurry and motivated, well maybe there not very motivated, alright it's 3:00 my vehicle is done I packed my bags and on my way home, well the job was not done correctly, 3:45 I'm on my way back to put the vehicle back on the rack, to repair a alignment not done right the 1st. time, guess what it's almost time to close at 5:00 got my vehicle quicker this time hmmm! wonder why, now the fellow at the front desk was very polite, I appreciate you sir, but I think from this day forward I will be taking my business elsewhere, spending 7 hours at a repair shop is just ridicules I am just warning people of the community to be prepared for a long wait if you go to this shop.
