5 stars for the techs, zero for the vet. We came to put our dog down so it was very hard. Tech brought us back, vet didn't say a word to us and was very rough with our pet. She had been very calm until then. He left without saying a word and a tech, who was wonderful came in and took care of our dog. If I would have known, I would have drove her 7 hours to the vet and the techs that have loved her since she was a puppy. Even writing this post is so painful. I feel like we let her down in her last few minutes. I hope she remembers the good 12 years.

LOVE the staff and the Doctor at this location! I was visiting the area, I went shopping and in the parking lot a woman was giving away puppies, I called the vets office hoping to get in right away to make sure she was healthy. (She only weighed 1.6 pounds) Three locations couldn’t get me in for a week, Lambert got me in right away and get this…….the 1st visit was free, I of course had to pay for the 1st set of puppy shots which I happily did but they did not charge for the office visit! Great location, friendly, animal loving people!

New Owners ain’t worth the hassle. Lambert use to see all animals regardless of how “busy” they are. Took my puppy up there yesterday and was told I could take it to Milan animal hospital or when vet is back which is today call and they’re booked so why offer it ? They will go down the drain when lamberts is gone and the way the wife acts around the husband is snarky sad the husband has to act differently when around wife. Owners like that won’t go far.

We have visited Dr. Lambert several times over the last two years with our cats and now with our new puppy and have always been completely satisfied with the service we received. He never makes us feel rushed and answers all of our questions. He is very thorough and appears to very much enjoy what he does. His office staff are always pleasant and welcoming. We couldn't be happier with Lambert Animal Clinic and highly recommend them.
