“I've had mostly pleasant experiences with our local Lowe's store. Yesterday I was looking in the wrong part of the store for an item and when I spoke with an employee, he was kid enough to walk me to the correct section, helped me select my item, and then carried it to the register for me. He was very polite.”
“Bought what looked like a good quality bird feeder and hung it up for my sister by her nursing home window. It broke and fell to the ground later that day!! Taking it back tomorrow.Edit of original post;Tractor Supply store gave me credit on the broken feeder & helped me find a better style.
