When we first arrived there what brought me was the price very affordable then the cleanliness of the rooms was a great added bonus the employees are excellent Katie on the night shift and Wanda the overnight shift that's what clinched it for me I will be looking at the Hilton chain now for all my stays

Very nice staff, the room was very spacious and quiet, great location for getting to work training, good breakfast selections.Food & drinks: Good breakfast selection. A little something for everyone.

Nice hotel so it seems…both rooms had pink mold around the shower…black mold was in the crevices. I’m a professional house cleaner so this stood out like a sore thumb…I went out and bought comet to spray on it, one of the rooms smelled like BO. I requested another room…The other roomhad the same mold in the shower and it smelled stale. I’m almost sure the housekeepers are NOT doing there jobs. Or maybe it’s the hotel doesn’t get a lot of traffic I’m not sure. However it was NOT worth the 150 I paid, I feel like they owe me a refund. Also it’s a non smoking hotel as I passed a room it smelled of cigarettes. I didn’t smoke in my room but I got charged for smoking. I don’t even smoke cigarettes. I have it 3 stars cause the guy at the front desk was very nice.

Comfortable stay. Wish they had microwave and fridge. Not all rooms had them. Otherwise nice place and great complimentary breakfast.

I think that this IS THE BEST hotel in Milan by far I did notice the rooms could use better house keeping.... I know I use to clean rooms, but besides that check out isn't until noon which I was thankful for and accommodations and free breakfast were win win.
