“I like how affordable this place is. They work fast and get you what you need. Only thing that was off putting for me was the lack of welcoming vibes. I never was greeted much. They just all kinda looked at me. I tried my hardest not to assume it was just because I was the only colored person in the room. But besides that their products are great. Just wish they had more upbeat personalities and actually welcomed people in.”
“Superior service and craftsmanship. They are very communicative with progress reporting. All the staff is very friendly. When I was waiting in the lobby, every employee that walked through greeted me and asked if I was being helped. The paint is spot-on and the margins exactly as before the damage as you can see from the pics. It didn't hurt at all that Enterprise has rental vehicles at the Precision location. They have a business that exceeded our expectations when the norm is a lack of basic customer service. We cannot say enough good things with our experience with Precision Auto Body!”
“Very professional service. All attitudes were worthy of praise, and of course the military discount is a five star because not many places offer that in Tennessee period. In Missouri it is common place for a military discount. Tennessee on the other hand feels a certain way to military and veterans. This is the honest to God truth. “As always I called vestal in a bind and they pulled me thru. I had a flat tire as I was on my way to get my oil changed. They swiftly helped me with the situation, gave me a very reasonable quote for a new set of tires, and had them put on within a timely matter. I was back on the road before noon.
They will continue to get my business!
And they are always super friendly!
&&& before trolls pick apart my review…they were only going to repair the tire or replace the single tire. I specifically requested a whole new set because I’m terrible about remembering which tire is which. I’d prefer them all to be uniform so I don’t have to remember which is which. I run a business also. I have too much to remember already.

“I 100% recommend this place over anywhere else. They do an awesome job, and will charge you a fair price. If you go to another mechanic please do yourself a favor and go to Reagan's for a second opinion. I did and I'm so glad because the 1st place I went to ( Rod's automotive in Medina) quoted me over 3X as much to fix the issue with my car. I took it to Reagan's and now my car is fixed and I saved hundreds of dollars. 5 stars is not enough to express how satisfied I am with their service.”
