I've used this facility for almost 3 years and they have raised the monthly rent on 3 separate occasions. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to never do business with this company. I hope the owner is reading this while counting that extra $30 he's getting from me every month. I hope those rate increases are worth the bad reviews lol. Is there such a thing as predatory storage units?

So far so good! We have a climate controlled unit. The building is clean. When we see a roach, spider or other bugs they are already dead. Easy to enter and leave. Gates work great with 24/7 access. So far the best storage we have ever used.

Terrible experience. As soon as I rented a storage unit, I called to set up automatic payments and the lady said everything was good. The following month I get charged a late payment bc I hadn’t paid my bill. And of course when I called to ask about it, no one had set it up for me. Cool, whatever. A few months pass and I call to give them a heads up that I would be moving my things out so they wouldn’t charge me for the following month. And as you’ve guessed it, they charged me anyway. Being prior military, I’m used to constantly moving and having to deal with different moving/storage companies, and this has honestly been the worst experience of them all. I would not recommend at all!

It would be a lot better if there was an option to pay online and receive our storage locker numbers and codes in an email. Having to wait for someone to call us back or only being able to talk to another office who couldn't do anything for us when the local office was closed was frustrating. Most people move and do things on the weekends so it would have made more sense to be available on those days . The office being closed early so we couldn't do anything sucked.

It was really easy to get ahold of the company, and they worked with me getting a storage unit. The ladies who were taking care of me were super sweet, and accommodating. I would recommend them to friends adds family. Thank you Dena!
