It had everything I was looking for they wasn't out of anything an the employees were so friendly, helpful good attitude very social it was the best dollar general I have ever been to. the manager Mandy checked me out and she also was very friendly I suggest anyone to go there!

I left a bag of groceries by mistake. I realized when I got home and went back. They said I didn't leave anything. Missing $15 worth of groceries that I payed for. Definitely will never go back

The “boss” sits right outside the front of the store right next to the door in a lawn chair and smokes cigarettes, repeatedly. Then when he does come inside, he’s pretty rude to his employees. I feel bad for the guys that work there sometimes for the way he speaks to them. He needs to be worrying about the amount of smoke that stays by the door to walk inside from all the cigs. Just being honest. But they have great little finds all over the store every time I’m there I end up buying way more than I planned on haha overall I have mostly all good things to say about this store! :)

The store was clean and well stocked. They had all the items I needed and the staff was friendly. It was a little out of the way but well maintained.

coming here since I moved into the area a yr ago, never had any problems until recently, I stopped for a couple of items and 2packs of cigarettes, I noticed they hired a new cashier, she put everything in separate bags (5items) I didn't think nothing of it, went to order food at Dixie BBQ, heading home (7mins away) was stopped by train, that's when I noticed my cigarettes were not in a bag, when I returned to the store, the cashier saw me and ignored me, when I asked about my bag she pretended that it must have been in another bag off to the side, she called the tall guy with classes up front and he claimed he looked at the camera, THEN we walked to my car I had to prove I didn't have them. I'M NOT A THIEF OR A LIAR AND I DIDN'T APPRECIATE THAT SERVICE, BUT I WILL SAY THAT THE CASHIER PUT MY CIGARETTES IN HER BAG THAT WAS LYING IN THE FLOOR NXT TO HER! He gave me replacements but that's not the point is the Principle. HE DIDN'T EVEN ASK HER ANYTHING!

I like shopping at Middlevalley Dollar General Store.But now at this time I really dont !!! Cause whoever is responsible for fixing the A/C unit? That hasn't been working for awhile now.Believe they need to try & get it fixed someway.For the customer's & the employee's that work at this place !! Over 90 to almost 100 degrees in store & outside weather to.It is really Hot in this Store !!! Hopefully for Health Reason's !!! They Will Try & Get It Fixed !!!

The shelving is just a little to close together causing the wiles to be to narrow. Other than that, like all other dollar stores. Not at all crowded.
