“I stopped by to get my tire repaired. The gentleman I was dealing with told me he was out of patches and sent me to Discount Tires. I asked him how much was an oil change and could he get me in pretty quick. He got me checked in within 10 mins. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely love how they take pictures of everything including the point inspection. I knew I needed a cabin air filter but was not sure on the engine air filter. I seen the pictures and had both filters replaced. The oil change and both filters were a reasonable price. Alot cheaper than the dealership and one of his competitors. I will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs.

I absolutely still love this place. Couple more oil changes done. I new this time I was getting real close to having to get my brakes done so I wasn't surprised when he was telling me. He asked why I was smiling and I told him that I was pre warned by the last manager that I was getting close. That's why I love this place. They let you know it's getting close to have this or that done.”

“These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free!
As a girl who doesn’t know much any thing about cars, I’ve had negative experiences at other shops; people talking me in circles or charging way too much. Not here, this was the best experience I’ve had and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Hyde’s and Mike for saving the day”
