I wish i could give a higher rate... Yes I see outdated machines but they're price just right the new machines is overpriced at other places.. its clean the lady who works here is very helpful and polite.

If I could give no stars I would every machine is out of order and it’s not enough equipment you literally have to wait for other people to get done and customer service is also horrible

It's ok...nothing to write home about. Most of the glowing reviews are old.My clothes got cleaned and the dryers worked great. Not enough places for patrons to sit.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Literally next door to Three Little Pigs, Billy Hardwicks, Subway and dollar general. Way cheaper then what I was paying at Tina's in Bartlett as well for double and triple loaders. My new spot!

Machines a bit outdated but will give a review when done as long as my stuff comes clean I don’t care if it runs off a hamster wheel just need my clothes cleaned

Clean area and staff is always polite and helpful. It's a little small, but the machines are running great.

Been going here for years. Always clean. I agreed with others they can. Be rude then they can be nice. Guess it depends on the day. Be glad when they get the water fixed!

No tables for folding laundry and very few chairs apparently due to covid19, no hot water only cold, no machine to change dollars into quarters (you have to go to counter and deal with rude staff) and older machines with many out of order. There is limited hours for drop off service. If you hate doing laundry, you will hate it even more going here! Not sure how this place stays open.

I've been going here for as long as I can remember with my mom when I was little now I go as an adult. Love the place . Great machines for somewhat great price but better than most other places. Small but remember prices. Staff has been same for awhile but usually nice. Sometimes they may seem rude but everyone had an off day or just a bad few moments. So going on at least 13 years if not more .

The woman working the counter was so rude, loud and condescending, I had to leave. I have used them many times in the past and liked their service until the woman today.1. I arrived at 1:00 and was immediately lectured on the days and times they accepted laundry. Pointing at the clock, she told me I couldn't bring things in on a Friday or after 12 noon. Okay, didn't know, I'll leave.2. When I asked if I could leave it and pick up tomorrow, I wasn't in a rush. I was asked if I had heard of the virus, pointing to her mask. No dirty laundry could be left overnight. I would have to pick it up later today and they would text me until I got it.3. When I asked another question, she loudly say, "Oh no mam, no mam. I have four others in front of you. It will be late before it's done, but you must get it today.4. She then asked if I had read the sign on the door that it was cold water only. She didn't know if my things would get clean. I finally, just said thank you, I would make other arrangements. My friend and I picked up two large loads of laundry.5. When she saw we were leaving, she started yelling I will do it, I will do it. I'll get it done.I calmly said, we would go elsewhere and we left. It was like being in some strange TV show.I couldn't believe the way she spoke to us. It was a bazaar experience that quite frankly was frightening.We left and drove to Suds at the corner of Waring and Summer. They weighed the laundry, were very pleasant, said I could pick it up tomorrow and asked what detergent I wanted to use. And they had hot water and didn't have rule on when it could be brought in.I strongly advise not using Yorkshire for your laundry. It was a unsettling situation.
