Bad management...these people are like being in the stone age ...Cas every one have been here so long...they don't know how the out side world works..No 5s cleaning in place..every one do what they want to do.. Chip is Rude...I have work here for 3 weeks an never seen the man..just a very SAD PLACE TO WORK..

Picking up a load from here was a little confusing because it was my first time. But overall it was a good experience everybody was very kind. Ask questions if unsure. This information should help if you're not sure how this place works so I am a truck driver from another company loading my own trailer. After entering the driveway for the XPO I parked alongside the fence on the blue line in the photo checked into the guard shack and then proceeded into the company. Following the red line will take you to the dispatch office(green circle )where you check to pick up or deliver. The purple outline is where they want you to drop your trailer inside the company you can do that before checking in but i didn't, i dropped after checking in.On my load information it said my appointment was at 10:00 p.m. but it also said I would be loaded by 5:00 a.m. that was true 4:45am loaded.I arrived early at the company at 6:00 p.m. and drop the trailer and went bobtailing to the loves came back at 4:00 in the morning asked about my load they said it wasn't ready gave them my number and they called me in about half an hour.I believe you can stay overnight but I was of need of a shower so I left and came back.Best of luck

Arrived at 3:20 friday. Would not take 3 pieces till monday. Come back on monday, sit in the door 2 hours to be told they wont unload my 3 pieces till they load all of their trucks. This is the biggest pos place out there.

Overnight parking, clean restroom and break room for use, check in fast and friendly staff, only thing is you have to drop trailer and wait exactly until appt time to get loaded trailer, can leave in bob tail lots of options if you want to go eat and explore off xpo grounds, pick up paperwork at gate. Loves and other truck places to go to near the area. Gate guy nice also ?

My appointment time was before 7am , I dropped off trailer 6:00 AM didn't get unload till 7:30 PM .They said don't worry you will get paid after 6hr off your appointment time.So they paid me $150So it's about $10 per hour.I will never come back here.Stay away from here, unless you want to get paid less them minimum wage.

Don't drop your trailer they take long time to load your trailer I am drop my trailer 2.00 pm and still waiting for my trailer now time is 11.30 pm

They will unload you quick, however it takes time before you get a doc. Make sure your load is in their system, or you’ll be there for while.
