Staff was very polite, only thing is i was PROMISED internet was available in my house, but now i have to wait 48 hours for a bus boy to come & take care of their issues. pushing a california trip back a whole day because they do not care about your time. absolutely what so ever. if i didn’t sign a contract, i would absolutely 100% go somewhere else. they just want you to sign that phone/internet package so they can get paid. They could GAF about when & where it’s available, they just want your signature & things you have planned.

I went to the store and had some issues that this precious Alyssa Mason took extra patience and time to walk me through. She is very capable and experienced to help customers. She is so welling to.get all issue corrected. If I ever have any other problems I hope she is available. Blessings

I catch these guys wearing Xfinity outfits driving Xfinity vans and unmarked cars in my backyard every week for three years now. They park at my neighbors house so I can't see their van. They have managed to rehook up a box that was disconnected in my backyard when they built a French drain because it floods where the box is. And they filled my French drain with mud so that it overflows into my house. I have to stand in the water when it rains and shovel mud so the water will run off my property and not flood into my house. They are trying to kill me. And yesterday they decided since I have Xfinity they would cut off my internet so my cameras don't catch them trying to rip my gate off my fence. I got a huge guy on my camera shaking my fence so hard my fence is now swaying. I wish they would leave my property alone they've harassed me over an old taped off box for three years and are sneaking into my yard to complete the work. Now I've figured out they have been turning my wifi off so my cameras don't pick them up. My house is surrounded by cameras and no trespassing signs are posted all over the property including on the fence they shake and have damaged. Find someone else to harass I'm sick of it. I'm calling attorneys today because you don't cut my internet off so you can hook up a box in my yard. You really think forcing me to open my property to you will work. There's other internet providers! I don't need you! I would love to talk to corporate about this but there is noone.I've filed two formal complaints with the company nothing has been done they still show up in my backyard whenever they want to. They are damaging my property to get back there and they all know we didn't give them permission to be back there. We actually told the supervisor to find another spot to put a new box this one is taped off and unhooked for a reason. That was told to their manager who keeps sending more and more guys to try to bang on my door at Naptime to wake my baby or violate my no trespassing signs and walk straight into my backyard as I'm sitting in my kitchen in a robe home alone with my kids I see random men in dark clothes entering my property I grab my gun and run outside. They hear the click and me screaming get the $uck off my property what are you doing in my backyard can you read no trespassing signs there's three signs out front and two on the gate you opened! I'm armed and I will shoot and I held the gun up until they went out my gate. I didn't know who they were I was scared!We have never given them permission to come in our backyard but somehow there's wires running from all over the place over fencelines into my yard into that box that was not being used and we specifically told them find somewhere else. If they want to pay us for access to our property maybe we'd let them but just walking into someone's backyard isn't ok and putting wires into a water ditch to electracute us is criminal. Also filling up my ditch with dirt made my house flood while I was out of town. Real cool Xfinity!

Phone service sucks and then was told today when we turned out internet box in since we don’t have internet anymore we can’t upgrade our phones? Yeah no. Looks like i’m going back to AT&T.

I have been standing in the doorway of this store without a staff member at this location greeting me. I am only trying to drop off a device and no staff looked at me twice. What kind of customer service do they do up here.Poor, poor, very poor customer service.I like Comcast but they have to do better.

This place is horrible. I told them I would be living here for 6 months and need a contract for that. Today is 6 months and I went in to cancel and they said I have to pay over 200 because I am in a 2 year contract that they sign you up for on purpose without you knowing

Darren was so patience and calm. Helped me with an issue gracefully. Unlike the current Manager who needs to be replaced or needs a break to dissolve her attitude. I’m guessing she can only properly explain surface level issues and needs assistance for bigger problems. That doesn’t sound like a manager to me. After she took over an hour, got an attitude, made faces to her staff, tried to be condescending because she knew what the issue was, but didn’t know how to properly explain after over 15 years of working with bills, all while struggling to read to the protected screen. She continued to try to send me off multiple times after I told her I didn’t understand. What she was saying didn’t make sense to me. She was making it seem like I didn’t want to hear what she was saying. Which wasn’t the case. I refused to leaved because I came there for answers and I made it very clear I don’t understand. I spoke with Darren the Asst Manager. He resolved the issue and explained everything to me calmly had so much patience in less than 10 mins. Like a Manager. He deserves a raise because the current Manager seems brunt out. Darren was amazing. ined everything to me calmly had so much patience in less than 10 mins. Like a Manager. DO NOT SCHEDULE A SERVICE TECH APPOINTMENT! They will come to your house, not knock or ring your doorbell, and then cancel your service appointment saying no one was home. How do we know? We saw them on our security camera after the fact. In summary, do not trust this company.

This company has the worst customer service in the world. They’d rather upsell you and lie than to correct on it issues. It’s almost impossible to get help after you set up services because they’d rather Send you through automation and the sales department blocked my number. Now we have to go weeks without cable because of you. Prior to that, yall have made several promises you couldn’t keep

WE ARE PAYING about $130 per month for 1200 MBPS and only getting 60MBPS ON WIFI AND 32 THROUGH ETHERNET…. A TECH CAME BY THE HOUSE ON 2/25/23 THEN A MAINTENANCE GUY CAME LATER IN THE AFTERNOON AND WE WERE TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT TO GO and THEY WE GO AGAIN. I WASTED ABOUT 5 HOURS OVER THE PHONE AND CHAT LAST WEEK FOR NOTHING.
