“This is hands-down, the best men’s clothing store in the city. They have a high-quality selection of really unique clothing that are really really freaking cool and nothing else in the city, even matches it. The men are always dressed so sharply, and they are so kind in there as well. I got a beautiful bag the last time I was there at the Peabody that looks like Joseph and amazing technical Dreamcoat. I highly recommend us to anyone who is visiting Memphis or lives here. It is not inexpensive, but it is 100% worth it.”

“This store is exactly the reason that I only shop local or second-hand. The store owner goes above and beyond on every. single. purchase. I have purchased items, including everything from intimates to work blazers to gowns for a black-tie wedding. The quality is always top-tier and extremely fairly priced. Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece. I cannot say enough great things about this store AND the owner. SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AND NOT AT ANTHROPOLOGIE.”

“This is one of my favorite shops! Here you will find beautiful African clothing for men, women, and children with alterations available. There are also unique purses, fanny bags, and backpacks...all handmade and beautiful. There is also fabric by the yard. This is where I purchased the fabric for my bathroom windows. But the main reason I shop here is not only to visit with the precious owner, Grace, but because of the great selection of earrings. I almost never walk out without a new pair of earrings.”

“Ms. Regina and the other lady who assisted me at the Ridgeway Trace Center location in Memphis on 6/20/24 were absolutely amazing.
Ms. Regina did measurements for me, helped me find my bra sizes (one's on sale!!), adjusted bras to my fitting, her and the other lady helped to make sure I was comfortable and liked the bras before purchasing.
They were patient with me and stayed over a little time as I finalized my purchases.

Lauren in Customer Service was friendly and helpful with a question, price was comparable to everywhere else, and the shoes shipped and arrived quickly. Shipping was free due to order total. “The seamster is amazing! He works magic designing clothes. You can even purchase imports and get it tailor made for you. The customer service was great. My first time in the store, I was assisted in finding a dress (gown, in my opinion), headdress/scarf to match. The colors of the materials are vibrant. Definitely returning, again to pick up a cute two piece skirt set waiting for me! Did I mention that they braid?”

“Outstanding experience at the 5.11 store in Memphis. Sales associate Isa is an exceptional employee. Courteous to a fault she went above and beyond her duties in order to find the clothing I was looking for. She procured them for me by special order and by transferring them from other stores. She diligently searched the internet for everything I was looking for. She also made several phone calls to confirm the orders. I am completely impressed with her and she is the reason that I will continually return to her store. Bravo to 5.11 for hiring such a diligent employee!”

“Went inside and it was so well organized and clean! I had just visited Ross and there is no comparison as far as cleanliness and organization of the items. I will be shopping again soon. The store manager Rod seems like he’s running it well. The only downside was there was only 1 cashier and about 5 people in front of me. It took a few minutes before I heard the line cashier call for another cashier but I could’ve easily missed hearing it.”

“This store is an *amazing* local gem! I am always on the prowl for fashionable, yet comfortable, shoes. Tall order, I know. This store has a buffet of gorgeous shoes that are *all* comfortable! I live out of state and travel worldwide regularly and this is the best shoe store I have ever visited. On top of the fabulous shoes, they have clothes as well, and the customer service was phenomenal! Pam was beyond wonderful with her kind and patient manner.
