“Nice restaurant that is in the front of the Costco store. You can get pizza, hot dogs, chicken bake, drinks, and frozen dessert here. I have had several of the items from the food court and they have always been good. They have fountain drinks but if you do not want those there is a vending machine that sells water for twenty-five cents. There is usually plenty of seating but during peak times it can get crowded. Not bad for the price and it can be convenient.”
“I mean it’s Sams club !! You come here for paper towels and leave with $300 worth of groceries and feel good about it !! Great selection and fantastic prices .. the only thing I’d like to “complain” about is the line for “sams” priced fuel is super long and the gas station right next to it is CHEAPER !! even the Walmart brand “Murpheys” station is 10c cheaper .. how come a pull up public Walmart gas station is cheaper than a Sams club members only station ?”
“After letting our mbrship expire yrs ago, I let my husband talk me into joining sams again. We normally go to this location (But they need one in Millington/Tipton County!!) And our experience here has always been good, and we love the self ck out option. Every time we come here we have to eat- last time we got 2 big beef hot dogs, 2 big pieces of pizza, a 12oz frzn yogurt and two BIG drinks (with free refills) all for 9.00!! It is always SO good, and shopping on a full belly keeps us from buying stuff we don't need. ? I came up with about 25 items we buy on a regular basis, and on 22 items, sams beats wmarts price.”
“Had to get a flat tire changed. Came to Costco and was able to order my tire at a great price. Rich and Jamarkus handled my vehicle with care and made sure my vehicle was balanced and the tires were rotated. Highly recommend.”
“My husband and I had to get gas today and stopped at Sam's Club Gas Station. There were long lines but we really didn't have to wait very long. Apparently this place is very popular. Thanks, we appreciate being able to fill up our vehicle. The man that worked there was very nice and kept the place moving along in an orderly manner.”
“Last night was my first visit to Costco pharmacy. Paige the pharmacist on duty from my phone contact to picking up my prescription customer service was awesome. I was never made to feel like I bothered her even thou she was exteremy busy. I could tell she really cared and for that I can't say thank you enough.”
“Joined up just last year...the wait In the check out line usually shorter if you are paying with card. Still, it's better to go during Off peak hours. One employee there in particular was very friendly and Helpful to me...Guage (or Cauge?) his name was. While busy at another task with a couple of other employees I asked him about a specific detergent product I bought there before. They happened not to have that specific brand..it turned out ..but he had very politely dropped his other task without my asking or expecting him to...to make a brief but concerted effort to check for me...then immediately after that he made a couple of helpful recommendations or product brand suggestions along those lines. Very professional and congenial.”
“Mr Winston and his crew are amazing. I will only ever go to the Covington Pike Sam’s because he has such wonderful customer service and takes care of his customers 100%! Not only does he help you get the best deal, but he does it as quick as possible with a smile on his face even when things don’t go as planned or computers crash or your card doesn’t work he still has a smile on his face, and treats you with kindness, and I appreciate that so much !”

“Always good to me and because I'm a business member the pharmacy credits go to my membership costs. The complaints I've read here are baseless, they've always treated me nicely, probably because I do the same with them. It's a popular pharmacy with lines sometimes, but they're efficient. Buy a rotisserie chicken on your way out and it's all good.”
