I came in a few days ago with a cracked and bent Mercedes Benz rim and these guys were able to repair it quickly and cost efficiently. I highly recommend this shop.

It's rare that I feel more than 100% satisfied with a service somebody delivers, but that six-star rating is justified here. Several weeks ago, I took a shuddering hit to my right rear Cragar 614 rim. Couldn't see anything on the outside, but when I pulled the wheel off, it looked hopeless. Total loss, I assumed. Not knowing about Wheel-TEK, I spent $500+ on a new rim, except the new rim still hasn't come, nor have I received tracking info. (Don't get me started.) Riding on my donut for the past 10 days, desperate, I searched Google for "Memphis rim repair" and came across Wheel-TEK. I drove up there today in my other car, 90 miles, and gave them the rim, then went away for three hours. They literally erased the problem. They brought the rim into BETTER than OEM condition--so good that when they rebalanced it, it needed about 1/3 of the weights it used to have, or maybe less than that. Just two small weights. Back home, I bolted it on just now and took it out for a spin. Perfect! Better than it was before the killer pothole. And the price was great--less than 1/3 of the cost of the new rim I didn't even need to buy. Doesn't service like that deserve six stars?

Good service, clean waiting rooms, and kind employees. Seating in the waiting room needs cushions though.

Excellent and reasonable price - hit a pot hole at night - what’s new in memphis - leaking back tire - after replacing tire noticed crack in rim - they looked at it - fixed the bend and fixed the crack now car is back to normal. Quick - upfront about cost - polite and very helpful in giving additional advice and Info I asked for. I’m sure the dealers go to them as well. Recommend them

I needed my rims looked at for a slow leak from what I suspected was a broken bead. They got me in fast, without an appointment, and looked not only at the problem tire but the other side as well. They found nothing and charged be nothing because they didn't do any work. (I disagree, since they unmounted and inspected two wheels!)Great, fast service in a somewhat sketchy location. (Stay away from the convenience store and laundromat next door! But try the food truck.)

They may, or may not do good work. The website claims they accept text messages, emails, and phone calls in addition to in-person visits. I sent more than one text without a response.

These people are amazing! I came in and left my rim with them, they called and let me know it would be better and more cost efficient for me to get a new rim through a third party, they said they could fix it no problem though. Now that's just great honesty and hard to come by now a-days. I applaud them and look forward to getting my tires refinished with them in the future. Brittney, shout out to you for the amazing customer service and keeping it real with me.
