“This place is great. Don’t go to Wheel-Tek or WheelWorkz, trust me. Go here. Wheel-Tek didn’t seem interested at all in doing the work. WheelWorkz were rude. These guys immediately gave me a price and finished in literally 2 hours. Rim was dented and was chrome. They advised it might mess up the chrome. Still looked perfect. They tried when no one else would and the price was very competitive. Look no further. Trust me. Just go here. Thank me later.”

“Great place for whatever you have but especially if you have a heavily modified mustang. Most places won't touch mine, they knew everything about mine in a few seconds and still worked on it. Bonus, it no longer chews up the inside edge of the front tires in 5,000 miles. This trip was a 06 Dakota that does the chews up the inside of the front tires that I had just completely rebuilt. $50, adjusting my rebuild. Cheapest alignment I've had in probably 20-30 years. Will go back for every vehicle”

“They checked my tires and rims for leakage. Wheel rims were having a leak. It wasn't fixable as such. They did not take any money for checking or anything. So genuine.”
“We were visiting from out of town and road over debris that damaged our tire. We called as soon as the shop opened, and we're told to come down any time. Service is first-come, first-served. We had to wait about 5 minutes for them to take the car, and the tire was patched and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Courteous staff, very reasonable price for the repair, with no attempt to sell us a new tire, when the original tire was reparable.”
“Great service, called yesterday needing a new tire, they were able to get it from warehouse for today. Considering it was an heavy duty trailer tire I was very happy they had one available. Pricing was good, took the old tire in and within 20 minutes they had it changed and into my truck. Thank you”

“Called Thompson’s re: Class A, 38’ CAT diesel that had broken down. Initial call was about 1 hour before closing. Service representative said they could service RV, however, they would be locking the gates (for drop off) in about 45 minutes. They gave me the name & phone # for towing. During the next 45 minutes I had occasion to call them about 5 times - they were always very polite & gave me the info requested. I let them know when tow truck arrived & when we were on the road to them. The timeline was short to get it to them. Thompson’s stayed in touch with me, they called for estimated arrival and in the end - because we weren’t able to get there before closing due to heavy rush hour traffic , they STAYED OPEN past closing for us AND kept the gate to their secured lot open. They had paperwork ready for us. We’ll hear today from them regarding repairs. THANK YOU THOMPSON’S for going above and beyond getting us in!!!”

“This shop has always done right by me. Fair prices and exceptionally fast service. They installed 4 wheels 4 tires and swapped tpms sensors on my wife’s vehicle in about 30min, maybe less.
Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because they don’t do alignments. It’s insane to me that a tire shop doesn’t have an alignment machine. The number one cause of tire wear is bc of a bad alignment… why wouldn’t you also offer that service?”

So great I wanted to cash app her extra money for following up until my car was complete. Even after my car was complete and I moved states she called to check to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely return only for the service I received from Jessica. If you go here I would recommend working with Jessica if you want to make sure everything is done correctly.
