We stopped at this bank and tried to get some paperwork notarized, but were told that person didn't come in that day so we had to go to a 3rd bank branch to find a notary to get our paperwork going.

Terrible customer service. They know how to make appointments they just don't know how to keep appointments. Had an appointment for a new account at 1:30 and was told I couldn't do that because they didn't have enough time before their next scheduled appointment, which was at 2 pm.

Do yourself a favor and visit another branch. Customer service is a joke there.

The better ratings must be placed by bank employees. Lines are long, a nice cashier is hard to find, and some are so sarcastic, especially if a customer is dissatisfied with anything about the bank, and make it known. Most are more concerned with their own personal preferences, rather than waiting on customers. Notice the lack of bank managers and personnel other than cashiers. Also, notice the fact that you can't CLOSE AN ACCOUNT, WITHOUT SERVICE PERSONNEL OTHER THAN CASHIER!

Who turns customers away from opening up a checking accounts????! Seriously. Wells Fargo, considering all the fraudulent accusations, I would advise you to teach your bank tells customer service etiquette. Its greatly needed at the Hacks Cross location. It’s very rude and unprofessional to tell a customer you don’t have time to service them and they have to schedule an appointment to open up a checking account. What year is this? Last I check it was 2023. It shouldn’t take long to open up a checking account. But don’t worry about it, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Be bless with better business etiquette.

They never answer the phone here. I don’t understand why that has become a lost art of customer service. I needed to ask 1 question of an actual person at the branch and after calling 3x/day for 3 days, I am giving up and making moves to switch my personal and business accounts elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for 15 years but I’m over it. I have to answer my phone for work and clients, you should answer yours.

Had the most horrendous experience at this branch.(Ethnically Profiled) I was treated like a criminal for simply cashing my check. I think this location is in dire need of training of sorts.

My wife and I had a really good experience here after our bank account was hacked. We originally went to the Southaven, MS location and were treated very poorly by the branch manager, Kevin Wayne Hill. However, Mrs./Ms. Williams was extremely professional and here level of customer support was impeccable on a Monday morning. I would highly recommend coming here if you live in the mid-south or Memphis area as opposed to the Southaven location.

Tellers are good but recent experience with customer service poor. Needed a notary and we're asked to have a seat - never told anyone we were there. Others came in after us and we're assisted while we waited a half hour and we're ignored. So, we finally gave up. Sad given the funds we have on deposit -- maybe time to change banks.

I went to open up a business checking account. I came in a few minutes early manager said that his banker would be in shortly 20 mins into my appointment time the banker walks up with no greeting looking at me I’m looking at her we just looking at each then finally she says, how May I help you I say oh I’m Sabrina I have a 1pm appointment she takes me to her desk and looks over my LLC paperwork and ask if I’m still at this address I explain that my company recently moved so she takes my paperwork and speaks to the branch manager and he states the address on the paperwork will need to updated I’ve never heard of such a thing this isn’t my first business account I just say oh ok thanks and leave because clearly they don’t know what their talking about. I went to the bank next door Truist they never once asked if the address on the paperwork was the one my business was currently located. So it appears they were looking for reasons to not service me because they were short staffed. Wish I would’ve went to truist to began with total waste of time.
