I entered this branch because i noticed it closes at 5p and is accessible. I decided to go in at 4:30. No one greeted me when I walked into the lobby though there were 4 employees behind the counter. No “welcome to WellsFargo”!Eventually I was called up to the counter by a teller who spoke very loudly. I would not want her to attend to my banking needs at all. She asked why I was there and I stated I wanted to see a banker. She asked why I wanted to see a banker. I told her that I wanted to start another account. She told me that new accounts are only started before 4pm and that I would need to set an appointment. Mind you, The bank was completely empty. Only one customer was being served by a banker. I mentioned that my work doesn’t usually end before 4. I guess I’ll have to go online. She said yes.I was stunned. Why? Because this is horrible customer service.Apparently you all don’t want new customers. What is the point of having branches if one can’t get personalized service?I mentioned that I had just received a settlement from Wells because of poor customer service I’d received in the past and it seemed there have been no improvements.Then, as I was leaving, passing through the door, this silly young woman had the temerity to snicker and make a snide remark to her coworkers! Apparently, she thought my wasting my time was amusing. She thought I was out of the door and hadn’t heard but I revolved right around and went back into the bank. She tried unsuccessfully to switch gears by making some nonsensical statement.I asked who was the manager. Another customer rep gave me his name and stated he was standing right there - behind the counter! So, this type of rude and disrespectful behavior is allowed because the manager engages in the same.Pathetic. I am really disgusted because this branch is the closest to my home but it is obvious WF doesn’t care about its customers!

We were HOPEFUL that this large branch was going to be able to get our paperwork notarized and we could start the process of getting an estate account in our name since the previous TWO Wells Fargo branches weren't a help. We did get a bunch of papers notarized, BUT the notary NEVER FILLED in the important information that was needed to continue the process!!! Turns out YOU CAN'T ADD info. To paperwork AFTER it was notarized! She said it all looked good before she finished. (We were handed blank sheets to fill in on our own at the first bank. Most info we didn't know how to fill out in) we were given another appointment at the 4th branch later that day because they didn't have any that day.

Every time I go there, there's something wrong. Either there's only one person on the counter, systems are down or lines out the door. Get your s**t together.

Terrible customer service!!! This location isn’t customer friendly they are lacking in listening to the customer concerns!! I will not be doing business with this branch again! This is the second issue I’ve had with there teller manager she is rude and has no consideration for the customer desires!

The location was very clean. The teller was extremely pleasant and helpful. The parking lot is a little odd but there were plenty of spaces open.

Terrible bank ! THE ATM IS ALWAYS FULL you always have to go inside the bank for deposits , such a INCONVENIENCE! The tellers are very slow it’s 4 or 5 windows and only 2 tellers be available! Time is very important but not at this bank ! I can not wait to go back to BOA !

Today went to atm here and was greeted by a panhandler. He approached every vehicle using atm. I tried to call and report the vagrant, but was hung up on after a 40 minute wait.I guess they don't mind customers getting robbed as long as it's not the bank or it's atm.
