The best bank to make any transactions. The staff is always smiling, patient, and helpful. I drive from Olive Branch to this location b/c of the service. They know you by name and that’s key. Again best branch in Memphis!!!

Always understaffed. Unfriendly, unprofessional, untimely. Told we couldn’t be helped without an appointment. Made appointment for 2:30pm the following day, arrived early, the banker came out at 2:29pm and told us she had to make a 10 minute call. It is now 30 minutes past our appointment time and we still haven’t been seen. We will be closing our accounts. Do not recommend Wells Fargo.

Extremely helpful and not busy at all. They also had plenty of change available. I got $1 coin rolls which I couldn't get at any other branch. Also the branch is extremely clean and well layed out.

This location has the absolute BEST staff! Michael, Scott, Nicole and Estefania have been more than helpful and I don’t even bank here….yet!These 4 made the impossible happen while other locations (Marcus at Appling) wouldn’t even offer any help since it was a difficult transition.I am more than happy with the service provided and I highly recommend using this specific location! Thank you guys for all for your help! I appreciate it!

I used to live in Las Vegas I’ve been customer was Wells Fargo since 2004 that the customer service in Memphis is bad I was trying to open account for my son there was two people sitting doing nothing and that they still want appointment to make open up accounts and one time I was trying to print statements they told me to try the other location.

With the actual bank being closed you can only use the ATM. I wouldn't even do that, it doesn't accept anything except for 5 dollar bills and eats your money, I went to deposit 300 dollars in miscellaneous bills and it told me I was only depositing 70 and didn't return all of my money, I will never be coming to this location again.
