The workers here are extremely inconsiderate. They are unwilling to listen and barely help. Marcus barely gave me the time when I asked a simple question. He gave no explanation. Very disappointed with my visit.

I been in this bank the last 8 years but this the time to change it they don’t have customer services no more, especially this branch. I got to wait more than an hour to make just a deposit, they not busy but acts like they busy!!!

I see why this location has such bad reviews!It’s a shame Marcus wouldn’t even consider helping me with my transaction. “ We can’t do that and no other location will either” is all I heard.I don’t understand how a manager does not know the proper protocols to take to deal with a transaction like mine.I left Appling and went to Germantown Rd location and Michael, the manager, and his staff assisted me and SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED MY TRANSACTION!!! Thought no other location would process the transaction, Marcus?Now I’m curious, is the Appling location just uneducated or lazy?FYI: Every other staff member at Appling besides Marcus was super friendly, kind and willing to help. It was just out of their hands.Do better!

This branch was ABSOLUTELY USELESS. We were trying to change a name on a estate account and it seems EVERYONE in this location was new. The guy we had the appointment with at 9:30 am (after a hour plus drive) told us we didn't have the right paperwork, even though the lawyer gave us a copy of EVERYTHING we needed with all of the account info and paperwork for this type of situation. Not good enough for this guy or Wells Fargo. He wanted more paperwork notarized in order to proceed. We already had everything notarized. He also didn't tell us WHY the bank wanted extra paperwork and why it was rejected.He printed out BLANK papers for US to fill in EVERYTHING! It should have been populated via the computer, but he told us to come back with it notarized since the branch didn't have a notary. He told us the local post office would notarize it. We left and NO the post office doesn't notarize things.BTW he gave us the WRONG paperwork for what we were trying to do. Off to the 2nd branch looking for a notary. Nope, that guy didn't show up. Off to the 3rd branch on Poplar. They did have one but she didn't fill in the blanks that needed it before she signed it. They didn't have an appointment for that day. Off to the 4th branch, where the man spent HOURS with us to figure out we had the wrong paperwork and to get us the right paperwork filled out on the computer. We left that 4th branch for the final time at 6:30pm that day. It was a FULL day from leaving the house at 8:30 am to getting back home at 8:30 pm.Next day, we still can't transfer money to help our step father pay his bills because WE don't own the account AND it is at a different bank.

Rude teller, long line due to slow moving staff, not enough staff, and teller telling us our account didn't exist!!

Please do not use wells fargo for personal banking .. this is not a good bank for personal accounts.

Cameia was great when helping me open a new account here. She indeed did go out of her way to ensure that I had full knowledge of all things regarding my account. Thank youuuuuu so much again Cameia.

Worst bank! No control over customers! No one greeted me when I came in. When I asked for assistance to open a new account, they just told me to have a seat; 30 minutes later, I asked for assistance again, and they said to me that only if they had a chance to help me, they would do it. Saturdays are crazy. They are supposed to have someone advising customers or setting up expectations when customers come through the door. I count five people that wanted to open a new account, 4 of us left. It's a good thing someone that wanted to open an account that left as well told me that your competition is giving a bonus of $250 to open a new account.

Needed a certified check for the down payment on a home. At closing, we found that a Wells Fargo representative was supposed to sign it, it was left blank so I assumed that I was to sign it. We called the branch manager to see if he could cancel the check and wire the money, or anything to help us for their error. Nope, we have to drive all the way to that exact location. Wouldn’t be a huge deal except for the fact that we are in Fulton Ky, need to drive to Memphis TN and reschedule our closing. I’ve been with WF since 1994 but this experience will definitely have me closing my account.

Worst customer service. I needed a safe deposit box. This branch is 20 minutes away so I wanted to call first. I tried calling for an hour with no answer. I spoke with WF call center and they confirmed the branch was open but that branches often don't answer the phone. So I drove out. The employees, including the branch manager, could have cared less. Turns out they had no safe deposit boxes available.

After standing in line to find out if I can transfer money into my Sister account, I was misinformed by teller, she informed me that I can write a check to him and deposit in his account, but failed to tell me that he has to have an account at Wells Fargo. She said that only a banker can do it, so I came back the next day to see a banker, the banker gave me the checks but informed me that I did not need to see a banker that I can have it done through the teller, so I get back in line only for the same teller to tell me that I have to go to my Sisters bank in order to make the transfer. So now I was back to square 1. Well after knowing that I would have to drive 30 minutes to get to my sister bank, I figured I would just use cash app, it saved me time and money. My whole point is they should give everyone the full story, it would save people a lot time and less stress.

Someone tried to steal the ATM and I guess that its not important to have one at this branch since THEY NEVER REPLACED IT and its been months!
