Do not bring your jewelry here. I brought in a watch to get the battery changed, after having my watch for over 30 minutes, they bring it downstairs to tell me they couldnt get the back off of the watch. They handed my watch back to me- after damaging it. The back was all scratched up with chunks of the metal missing and they knocked off one of the number dots on the face of the watch. They told me they wouldn't fix it because they couldn't get the back off of my watch. Then said whoever gets the back off will have to fix it. I took it next door to the other jeweler and he got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Including fixing everything that this place messed up on my watch.

Mike and everyone are GREAT!!!!! They are very friendly and was able to do the work on a repair while I waited….. I also bought a piece of jewelry wish they gave me a great deal on ? from now on me and my wife Kim will only shop at Walson Co for our jewelry! So glad I walked in the door for my first time ❗️??

My wife and I were Christmas Shopping for our 4 daughters and stopped in at Walsons Jewelry. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped my wife pick out what I think will be a hit at Christmas. While I was there they were able to change my watch battery in a matter of minutes. They have a new customer and hope to keep my wife out of there ?.

I travel alot between states and this is by far, my go-to jewelry store! Mike is phenomenal, very professional yet makes you feel like an old friend. Whether it's to buy, sell, or create custom pieces, this is the best place in Memphis. Hands down. Highly recommend.

They didn't have anything in stock that we liked so we went with two custom rings that's made to order. We provided clear instructions on our rings such as material, karats, type of dimonds, dimond placement, etc yet still after they sent us the first 3d model, both rings had issues and mind you, we had to wait 1 week for them to send it to us. After we told them about the discovered issues that we found in their 3D CAD drawing, one week later they tell us "the factory can't produce rings" because of bla bla bla... all in all 3 weeks later we ended up with nothing but wasted time that I can't get back. Came and got my deposit back and won't ever be back again. Nothing personal, just business ??♂️Update:Mike, don't make promises you cannot fulfill. At the very beginning you told us you can make anything and now you're backing out of your words. To be completely honest with you it is your problem if you have to pay somebody for the CAD designs. As your potential customers, I think, we did everything right. We gave you pictures and all of the details that you would need in order to make a ring. You come back to us with something we did not ask you to make (14k vs asked 18k gold and everything else). I appreciate that you take the time to reply to my comment however had you not told us at the very beginning that our rings are too complicated we would not have gone further with you...

I bought a ring for 2700$ a veragio. My engagement didn't work out. So I went to sell my ring. These criminals sold me a ring with all fake diamonds. A pond shop gave me 20$ for it after I got the ring verified fake by three different jelwlers. They would not pay me back either. They are pure scum and liars.

Awesome company! They custom designed my engagement ring to match my heirloom wedding band and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. They are patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their trade. I later decided to get my rings soldered and they did it for free while I waited. Highly recommend!
