I found them to be thorough. They informed us that our dog was heartworm positive for over a year after reviewing the records from our previous vet. Our previous vet only tried to reach us twice by phone despite the fact that we have been in the office multiple times for other services and care.

Very nice and helpful. They took excellent care of my Charlie. Their follow-up instructions and aftercare were great. They listened. Everyone did what they could to keep him comfortable throughout his procedure. Highly recommend.
If I had a critique, it would be that 2 weeks after surgery his stitches were still there. I called and they said to bring him in. The doctor on duty did what she could to remove them but couldn't quite figure it out. The doctor had used some sort of braided stitch & not used dissolvable stitches. There were no instructions to return to have them removed. So, a month later, he still has a couple of stitches, and now I'm going to take him to a new vet to see what they can do for him.

Bucky is not a willing grooming customer! However. The staff was kind and very patient with him even though he was snappy. The sedative was definitely needed! He came home pretty groggy,but was fine next morning! Thanks so much!

I bring my dog in here all the time and it’s always the most efficient appointment imaginable! I brought a stray in with no idea what I was supposed to do with a stray. They helped check her for a chip, treated her for tapeworms, and got her some shots with no appointment in about 30 mins. Best part.. the bill was half of what I expected it to be. Nice people, nice facilities.

Best service we have been provided in a long time. A special front receptionist was very kind to my son and the vet and the assistant worked with me to help provide the best care for my animal. They truly were amazing !! They were affordable and helped me out in every way possible. If you are looking for the best vet in town head that way
