I waiting on my medicine sent the end of March and we all know that the Ozempic and Mounjaro have been a short it Since two months ago and I call the Walmart pharmacy and they had my medicine and gave it to someone else and I have type two diabetes

I mostly do pick up orders from Walmart but recently I’ve been coming early mornings after I drop my daughter off at school. I notice everytime I’m inside this store I’m continuously watched and followed by management. It’s ridiculous that as an young honest African American female I can’t come into this establishment without feeling harassed and watched every step. I like the store overall due to certain items I can’t find at other locations. However today around 4:00pm I went in as normal to grab a few items. I would say about five items total I didn’t even have a basket. While I’m at self checkout an employee by the name of Melanie stood over me watching me very closely. She proceeds to look over in my bag. Guess that wasn’t good enough she then proceeds to pause my transaction and tries to come over and look further inside my bag. She also lied and said that it alerted her which wasn’t true she paused the transaction. She walks away and left the area unattended to go get a manger for what I don’t know. Everything was scanned and accounted for. Walmart has a security guard at the door, a hand held to see what’s going on at every self checkout, not to mention asset protection, and great cameras. There is no reason whatsoever a location this small should harass and follow me like I’m a criminal every time I step inside. I spend too much money here to be mistreated and accused of miss scans. This location need to properly train their employees to handle situations professionally. An it’s not everyone there’s good employees here but Ms. Melanie poorly handled me on today and I’m not pleased at all. An I also forgot an item and had to go back inside the minute she saw me she went to get management and security to once again watch me. As if the first time of you harassing and trying to humiliate me wasn’t enough. Just because someone is young and black doesn’t mean they steal. Last I checked that’s discrimination,harassment, and wrongly accused. This company gets many of lawsuits for misreading and poorly handling situations. Y’all might want to properly train your employees and get them to do some CBLS.

This Walmart close its doors 15 to 20 mins early before 11:00. Tried to buy one item in store and was met by security nearly 15 minutes before closing and all I needed was one item and be out the store before closing just bad management

Frequently purchase water refills at local stores. Came to this local store and filled three 5gal containers and moved to the cashier to pay..Cashier took my money,but accused me for stealing water!(Of all things!) I talked to the Manager about this rude employee! Ruined my day!

There were was item missing from my order. My picker Vernon heard it was for my granny. He went out of way to ensure I received her items. I am grateful you making it easier for me to care for her by going beyond the scope of his duties. Thank you mr Vernon

This store is ridiculous! There are never any cashiers and EVERY TIME I go to the deli for fresh deli meat there is NEVER anyone working. I asked a worker standing around doing nothing if there was someone available to help me Because no one ever does his reply was "it's not our fault people keep quitting" sir, did i ask you all of that? As I'm walking away on the phone with my partner expressing my disgust he says " I'm trying to help you" I didn't even know he was behind me let alone that he was trying to help me. Another ghetto walmart with another ghetto experience.
