I’d give it a five out of five but no. There are very few employees (who don’t even work) and they’re overworked. Not to mention everytime I print photos there, there is always excuses. “The machine is broken,” “the system doesn’t work,” or they are just printed with low quality last minute. So please Walgreens get more employees that actually work and put in effort.

Sondra, the pharmacy tech has the worst attitude. I'm not sure what's going on but it needs to be address. I can guarantee she hates working for Walgreens, she may like CVS better. How she speaks with customers must cease. Upper management needs to get involved. The pharmacy, Mariam seems afraid to address her. Can you all hire more astute people with more than just a certificate?

Left on hold for more than 10 minutes at which point I was hung up on FOUR times and then I was blamed for calling at the wrong time. Somebody apparently under-staffs this pharmacy and/or the workers do not care.

The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians set the Gold Standard for Customer Service at this Pharmacy. They are professional, friendly and helpful at all times. They treat all with dignity and respect even when faced with abusive behavior from prospective customers. I have dealt with Pharmacys all over the country due to health problems and without question as a group, they provide the best professional and friendly customer service experience.

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve gone to. Avoid if possible. Be careful if Jackie is checking you out.
