WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I walked into Walgreens to purchase two items, as I was approaching the counter two young ladies were immersed in conversation without even acknowledging a customer's presence. I asked the lady with a MANAGER’S badge on, which register was open, w/o uttering one word she pointed down. If this is what cashiers have as an example, what a travesty. The lack of good customer service nowadays is ABSOLUTELY SAD!!

The pharmacy is terrible. I stay on hold forever. Been waiting 7 days for my prescription and they still don’t have in stock. They never have it in stock. The pharmacy assistant has a bad attitude. Terrible customer service.

I don't normally do the review thing...just looking up the phone number and insurance information...I go in there all the time to put money on my chime,,very polite.i use their pharmacy and I have insurance that doesn't cover with them but I just pay a few dollars more with goodrx and I've never had a problem....NOT ONE!!! My new plan now is I'm supposed to get prescriptions Free but I still stuck with them..... BECAUSE I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM EVER!!... They are very kind to me and maybe it's because I recipocate kindness back, something that's been lacking for way too long

I waited 2 1/2 wks for them to fill my Rx! Finally get it & it's only partial fill. Insurance makes me use them! Company has contracts with Big Pharma & care less about service.

Had to wait one hour for a Covid-test. If you are a working person with a busy schedule, this Walgreens is not ideal.

The pharmacy is the worst around. The black male pharmacist with an accent "that fills in" has ruined me from coming back. He is so rude and condescending at the drive through window and wouldn't sell me my prescription tonight because it wasn't "ready". It was ready because the tech was trying to check me out and he intervened and said no not to sell it to me. This is after multiple other issues with this locations pharmacy. Horrible customer service, horrible staff all around.

-5, one star is too generou! I have never taken the time to review anyone. This location has the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They will "look up" your information begrudgingly but not take a second glance before telling you they don't have a prescription on file, then tell you that you need to go see a doctor, like it's your first day on earth. Then when you explain to them their mistake they will look at you like a lier and a drug seeker, then hatefully call your doctor, afterwards they won't have the fortitude to admit they have treated you in this way, instead they will have someone else finish the transaction so they can pretend to be the all knowing pharmacist. today I arrived at 9:30am and they checked me out at 1:15 without having updated me on my status and if I had not insisted on waitin, then I would have still not known about any progress. Haha, they had a condisending attitude the whole time and then couldn't even apologize for wasting 4 hours of my time FOR THE FOURTH MONTH IN A ROW. I literately took off work anticipating that I would have to spend all day at the pharmacy. The clerks are pretty good and I have developed some repor with one and we joke and trip on the pharmacy because of how awful they are. If I had not pushed back, they would have made me go back to the doctor again (costing time and money) and they would have continued to treat me like some kind of sub-human. Buyer beware. I plan to try a different location just to give Walgreens a second chance.

Rated 1 for being open... really should be Zero. Been a customer for this store for more than 40 years, but no more. Have had problems for the last four visits. Unable to get prescriptions for several different reasons. Last visit provided no results, employee couldn't tell me anything that made sense. My prescription label showed I still had 7 refills, was told they needed doctors authorization... that was after the third visit for my refill... I called my doctor and had the nurse call in a new prescription. Came back the next day, was told they were waiting on theDoctor... I asked what I needed to do about getting my prescription, reply was they didn't know. I decided it was time to find another Pharmacy..Good bye Walgreen's, maybe you need to close this store along with all the others that you have closed.....

Do not waste your time here. Horrible service. I am still trying to pick up refills that I called in 5 days ago. Over the past 2 days, I have spent over a hour and a half sitting in the drive through window. The two times that I made it to the window, stoll no prescriptions. Don't waste you time here...just saying...

Not sure about all the 1stars on here. Only problem I've ever had is when they txt me a delay on my rx. Which they do let me know the reason for the delay. Everytime they have gotten it fixed and I was able to pick up my rx. Cashiers on basic items I've bought are always attentive and nice. Asked staff on floor for assistance and always received help. Get greeted when I walk in the door, and always 'have a nice day' when I leave. My Walgreens to go to. Maybe it's because I don't get nasty and cop an attitude with the staff when they have questions for me before they can complete the transaction. Keep up the good work. ?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS. This one star is very generous. They deserve 0 stars! The whole pharmacy staff is rude and condensing to the customers as well as the insurance agents, my OJI adjuster and I sat on hold for over and hour only to be transfered all over the place till they just hung up on us. Had to drive up there to get prescription back and they refused to give me my OJI paperwork back, and told me they were going to call the police on me if I did not leave, some how they magically found it. Just rude as hell and no empathy what so ever.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS! This Walgreens is very rude very about even trying to help a customer simply refuse To answer the phone for either a customer or a insurance a gesture sat on hold for over 45 minutes my adjuster and I till they transferred us all over and then they just hung up on us so we had to call back same thing again only this time we were only on there about 30 minutes I had to go drive up there with a fractured foot that I'm not supposed to be driving on to try to get this prescription filled They told me that it was red flagged I don't know why I don't know what that means and they couldn't tell me and they didn't care to try to tell mean then they give me the prescription back but they didn't won't give me my OJI paperwork back and told me that they were going to call the police on meIf I didn't leave well I told them I was not leaving without all of my paperwork so call the police who does business like this oh I know who Walgreens stay away from white station and quince Walgreens do yourself a favor save the headache!

The store manager was very rude and her intent was to be sarcastic. She told me that they no longer use coupon books. She gave me instructions on clipping coupons online. I did exactly that. It didn’t work. I asked her if she could honor the coupon in the system any way. She said no. The cashier who was waiting on me tried to help resolve the issue of the coupon by uploading to my mywalgreen account. But it still didn’t work. The manager started talking loudly telling me if I let her help me it would work. She was very unprofessional. Her communication skills does not display one of a manager.This is my third time witnessing her be very disrespectful and unprofessional. The first couple of times it was with other people.I really hate to make this a race thing, but she seems to be nothing short of professional when speaking to white people, but no respecter of black people at all, and she is black.She has no self respect and her ignorance is bliss. If she isn’t careful she will cause Walgreens to be hit with a discrimination lawsuit.
