This used to be the most efficient Walgreens Rx in the area!! It was a caring pharmacy-especially when it was a 24-hour facility! Nowadays the app and their system do not sync/agree! Let alone speaking with a human pharm/pharm tech! As a frequent customer this causes much inconvenience...and yes, they will make it up for you while you wait for it & that is appreciated! My last concern is pill count or lack, there of, that is. 6 or 7 months ago they claimed i was given a 3 month supply-however, that is NOT how my Pulmonologist prescribed it. So because it was my word against their system i was without medication until we came up with an early request refill! Last week i counted the second i got home & much to my dismay received 72 or 76 of 90 prednisone 10mg tablets! when i called everyone was polite and i noted my two attempts and how they were no where near 90 tablets. So once i drove back to the drive thru Rx they accepted my explanation & the pkg: bag bottle & info slip/receipt. I was told there were 90 tablets in the (there were not) and i waited 15 minutes to reclaim my medication. - assumingely they were doing something to make it correct. So i pulled over in their lot and did something i'd never do in my car in the dark at 7:30 pm-I counted TWICE & there were 89 tablets-yes, 89!! This immediately made me know there was never 90 and they didn't admit to it NOT being 90(or me being correct or even acknowledged my inconvenienced!) Please Rx Manager/RxRegional Director/Rx Vice/President or Executive Director PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into your app and your computer POS system. We understand you are probably understaffed, but we are patient-making several trips for one script is not easy and should not have to happen! We wish you continued efforts to helping those in need does not end! We need you!

Entrance door to this store has not been working for months. Embarrassing that it was not repaired the very next day. Unsightly and inconvenient for customers to have to walk in and out the same door.Reflects very poor and uncaring management.

Stores not 24 hours one employee doesn't actually do anything she closes the store early and sits in the back. I know one of the people who worked here that transfered to a different Walgreens that confirms this the cashier that supposed to be overnight closes the store early so she doesn't have to do anything

I arrived at the location at 9:40pm and there was a sign taped on the door saying they closed at 10pm. I just needed milk, so I figured I’d just pop in, but as soon as I opened the door to the store, and employee sneered “we’re closed” despite there being 10-15 other customers in the store. I said “sorry, I thought the sign said you closed at 10”. The employee just sneered , “we’re closed” again. This was all 20 minutes before the close time listed on the handmade sign a foot away from us.The employee was quite rude. If she just explained they had to close earlier than the adjusted hours on the sign they taped to the door, it would have been fine, but she treated me poorly for thinking the hours listed on the sign were correct.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Kevin the pharmacist is so rude. The girls that answer the phones (barely) always have an attitude. I will never have my prescriptions filled at this place again.!

7 years ago this was a decent facility. Today it is less than acceptable. They are dishonest and could care less about customer service in the pharmacy! I have moved my prescriptions to Walmart!! I am so disappointed in this store.

I drive a good way to come to this store rather than others near my home. It’s always clean, the employees are consistently pleasant and helpful. I’m just amazed at some of the bad reviews about this Walgreens.

The Pharmacy at Walgreens on Poplar & Massey in East Memphis sucks!! They are so sloppy, loosing scripts, they treat you like a junkie if you have a legit narcotic script They sometimes make you wait 31, 32,33 days even though TN law states 30 days that can be filled 90% early. I moved my family’s 6 monthly scripts and have had no issues, but here there was a issue every month. Lol.narcoticpharmacy is Horrible. They discriminate - treat people differently- who take controlled substances.

Usually disappointed in the staff hear I mean they get the job done but nothing special and not a lot of pee-zazz, but today I was greeted upon entry and pleased with that interaction. Just got some candy, couldve been more stocked but it was fine. Solid Walgreens experience

The best part of this location is that it's open 24 hours every day. Still, it's best to try to shop here during daylight. In the end, this Walgreens was sold out of the liquid decongestant that my family member needed. It's a nationwide trend, unfortunately.
